Garbage from the trash cans, as practice has shown, is taken out when customers begin to complain that there is nowhere to throw garbage, because the trash cans are clogged to the top, that the garbage even sticks out and almost falls to the floor.
About the food. The food is constantly cold, you will be lucky if it is cooked right away, and not served what was cooked 3 hours ago. Potatoes are constantly over-salted, which is impossible to eat. There are take burgers, twisters and side dishes, then hair or some dirt is provided in it. It seems that no one cleans the kitchen at all. Drinks. There's an interesting story here. Basically, it is either a drink that is very strongly diluted with water, or an unknown, bitter and slightly gray or yellow liquid. The whole order felt just warmed up in the microwave, that is, not freshly cooked, the burgers were barely warm, while they ate one at a time - the longers were already cold, we didn't even open them, it was felt through the packaging that they were cold, I asked to change, they changed us for 10 minutes, it seems they returned the same ones, not fresh ones So they also found hair in one of them. The French fries were the same, barely warm and obviously not freshly cooked. Only the sauce and Coca-Cola were delicious. Impressions suck🙁

I wanted to leave a negative review for a ruined evening. We ordered three cheeseburgers, a bucket of potatoes, sauces and a Coke. There was only one chicken strip in each of the two cheeseburgers. Whoooo???? The third cheeseburger had three small pieces of chicken two centimeters each. There's a whole glass of ice in the coke. Did you get anything wrong? It's not the month of May. The bucket of potatoes is a little more than half full. What are we paying for??? For a bun with ketchup and cheese??? Where do the ingredients go? I ask you to sort out the work of the staff. How long is it to outrage, half an hour for fast food? Ordered at 18.49 the order was given at 19.19. The feeling that the potatoes began to peel only 15 minutes after placing the order...dirty on all the tables. I asked to clean it, after 15 minutes the young lady came out barely moving and only wiped our one table, the rest apparently do not bother her. The toilet does not seem to have been washed for several days. Disgusting! It's a pity you can't put a mark less!!!

Один из самых ужасных KFC, который я посещала в городе. Еда вечно пересоленная и горелая (в этот раз мне повезло, и курочка была почти не горелая и почти не сухая, фото приложу, но соли прям очень много). Когда хочешь перекусить быстро. заходишь с надеждой, вдруг что-то изменилось, а нет... все так же не вкусно. Если сравнивать с KFC в МОМО, то ощущение, будто они работают по разным стандартам и рецептурам. В Момо вкусно- а здесь, деньги на ветер- еда в мусорке. А еще хотелось бы отметить чистоту)) как-нибудь сфотографирую мусор возле урн и "чистоту" столов, хотя людей в зале почти не было.

Compared to other CFS, this one is the most lame. They do it for a long time, the chicken is fried, the potatoes are like a piece of cardboard and it feels like they are 20% less in weight than in other establishments of the chain. 3 stars just because it's a CFS, so there would be one.

Ужасно. Администрация ,совсем не учите персонал общению с гостями. С таким отменным видом Ваш работник выдал холодную картошку и отвечал на вопросы что он не знает ничего о купонах то мне стало противно что пришел к Вам. А когда я сказал администратору о "незнайке" за кассой то она сказала что все правильно , и на мое заявление об отзыве на Яндекс ,рассмеялась в лицо. Вы потеряли целую семью из своих клиентов.

Что можно сказать о KFC?
Если вы его ели, то вы знаете его вкус. Вот тут все то, что должно быть в курочке KFC.
Ну а если не ели, то описать этот вкус словами я не смогу. Приходите и пробуйте.

Отвратительное место. Сотрудники не умеют работать как с клиентами на кассах, так и на кухне. Если вы хотите заказать 2 маленькие булочки, которые в других кфс готовят МАКСИМУМ за 5 минут, то здесь будете наслаждаться отвратительной атмосферой пол часа. Девушка на кассе видимо не обучена правильно расставлять приоритеты выдачи/приема заказов. Если бы можно было поставить - 10, то это была бы самая адекватная оценка работе персонала.

Вся курица в бургерах пересоленая была и пережареная, булки еле теплые ( ощущение что достали с холодильника и не догрели в микроволновке) никогда в kfc я такого не встречал.

Будьте внимательны в данной точке, очень невнимательно собирают заказы. Вместо двух боксмастеров положили один, хорошо, хоть мы показали, нам доложили сразу. Перед нами тоже люди забирали заказ, им недоложили бургер, соус другой положили.

Сегодня ждали заказ 20 минут , были первые на табле, но выдали заказ последним. Не доложили картошку среднию и наггетсы,увидели только дома. Изляпала майку маслом, потому что нет картонных коробок. Но тут вкуснее, чем на Шаранговича. Не было милкшейков, что очень жаль.

Столики грязные! Никто их не убирает! Сколько раз здесь были …. Одна и та же картина!
Только негативное впечатление от этого заведения…в результате чего НЕ хочется ничего покупать! Возможно и на кухне у них антисанитария!?
