If the management thinks that reducing cashiers and converting to electronic format will increase profits, then I think they are mistaken. The profit comes from returning regular customers, that is, from customer satisfaction with the service. Saving on maintenance will backfire on them, I'm thinking more and more about not going to the KFS. There are no complaints directly to the staff of this department, everything is of good quality and fast.

We ordered the delivery of two burgers and a Basket with wings. It's something. There are either embers or mold on one of the buns, and hair in two wings! Hair, damn it! At first I thought it was my imagination, but they looked at it in more detail, and yes, indeed - two black hairs. It's terrible! Money is wasted, and appetite is spoiled.
