If the management thinks that reducing cashiers and converting to electronic format will increase profits, then I think they are mistaken. The profit comes from returning regular customers, that is, from customer satisfaction with the service. Saving on maintenance will backfire on them, I'm thinking more and more about not going to the KFS.
There are no complaints directly to the staff of this department, everything is of good quality and fast.

We ordered the delivery of two burgers and a Basket with wings. It's something. There are either embers or mold on one of the buns, and hair in two wings! Hair, damn it! At first I thought it was my imagination, but they looked at it in more detail, and yes, indeed - two black hairs. It's terrible!

Napkins are given as if they are being torn from the heart, and the prices are simply space akin to Moscow, only in Russia for the same money they add pieces of bacon to rolls. I understand that they do not eat bacon here, but our salaries are not Moscow, respectively, it is necessary to review the pricing policy.

С улицы казалось уютней чем внутри , уединенных мест нет , заказ приготовили довольно быстро, мин 10 не больше, даже не заметили пока разглядывали интерьер кафе. Бургеры , картошка фри - как во многих KFC, особо выделить и сделать замечание не за что

Terrible service! I ordered through Wolt, I live 10 minutes from this place, we drove for 54 minutes. Absolutely cold, tasteless potatoes and chicken arrived. The chicken is so overcooked that it turned black.The nuggets were not reported, the sauces were mixed up. The food arrived without a thermorukzak, it was just lying on the driver's front seat. I turned to support, after 15 minutes they demand photos of missing nuggets. Food 0/10, Delivery 0/10, Support Wolt 0/10.

Всегда заказываю только крылышки, масло редко меняют, из-за этого крылышки не вкусные, еще маленькие, но это самое близкое заведение к нам, чистота на высшем уровне, как и персонал

Новое место для фастфуд КФС, спальный район, удобное расположение, но периодически возникает задержка с выдачей заказов, вероятно в виду большой нагрузки! Пару раз заказывал и ожидание в среднем минут 15, а в остальном все ок!

Сколько раз приходил туда и постоянно минусы, больше туда не пойду.
1. То заказ перепутают.
2. То не дожарили, то пережарили.

Ходил сюда до недавнего времени. Больше ноги моей здесь не будет. Кухня действительно неплохая - KFC, есть KFC, но вот персонал - что-то с чем-то. Грубят, орут, хамят, рожи недовольные, как-будто пришёл просить в долг. Ощущение, что оказался в колхозе каком-то. Единственная ложка мёда в этой бочке дёгтя(да-да, именно так и не наоборот), это девушка-кассир, которая и сделала мой кофе. Преимущественно отдают заказы через Вольт и ещё что-то, а мы, те кто пришли и по факту оплатили - просто тотальный игнор. Когда спрашиваешь готовность заказа, резко лица меняются. Итог - испорченное настроение и потерянное время, ждал больше 20 минут один кофе. Никому не рекомендую.

Был один раз, маленький зал, но нарвался на пересоленные ножки! Заказывал с собой поэтому это обнаружил только дома. Дети так ждали и такое разочарование. Больше ножки дети не просят 🤣

Ужасное обслуживание и очень долгое. 30-50 минут нужно простоять ради того чтобы получить свой заказ, уже остывший. Лица у персонала слишком недовольные. Легче просто уехать в другое.
