It's just some kind of nightmare. Waiting time is 40 minutes. This is not normal for fast food, even if it is busy. It can be seen that there are ready-made dishes in the ready-to-eat area, they look at them, poke at the screen and do nothing. Then people wonder why everything is cold. But how else can it be if employees are chatting among themselves, walking by, just looking at the ready meals. There are TWO people standing in this area!!! Employees generally don't care what happens. A person periodically comes out to the hall to remove the trays, dirty tables are ignored..: It is a pity that this particular CFS is the closest, next time you will have to be not lazy and go to Petrovschina, the time will be faster than waiting here. I wish you to train your employees to work properly.

The longer is now completely different from before (the sauce is only ketchup, which was slightly smeared on one bun) – dry, little sauce, two slices of cucumber and onion. There's no point in taking it. French fries are very small, not salty or crispy. The delicious ones are cheese sticks and a burger for 12p +, and even then the burger is not juicy.

The KFC restaurant is just great, the service here is so polite to you. Well, the food here is cool, there's nothing you can't say. Time is sometimes delayed here, but there are no questions about the time. The staff here works efficiently. There are simply no questions about the kitchen here. The prices here are a coupon for 4.99, there's a burger, French fries and sauces, and there are napkins. Well, at Burger king, they gave me only 1 napkin for a coupon for 3.99. Everything is the same there. The interior here is beautiful, which is not to say. Toilet but there are problems with the toilet here. Some people lock themselves in for 30 minutes and you can't go to the toilet quietly. There's a store and two entrances nearby. Two girls went back and forth, but they were in no hurry to give it out. Our order was the only one at that time.. On 24.09.2025, a pre-order was placed for delivery by 20:10-20:25. After seven o'clock in the evening, I received a notification that the order was being prepared, but half an hour later the money was returned to the card and the order was canceled. On the same day, we made a new one, this time no one canceled it, but it arrived without two items (without two cheeseburgers). They found the missing items after opening the package and immediately called support. After a while, an employee of the restaurant contacted us and suggested that we make a new order the next day and indicate in the comments that two cheeseburgers were missing. They said they would notify the brigade about this. The next day, an order was placed with a comment containing all the necessary information. The order arrived, but again without the promised items. We called the restaurant employee at the same number. We were told that they understood the situation and the problem would be resolved within the next half hour if we contacted the employee at the same number, but in the Telegram application. No accounts were found for this number. We called again and asked the employee to find us. An employee found us, but never wrote to us. We tried to contact him on Viber, but there was silence there too. The bottom line is that at no stage was it said that the problem could not be solved, every time they promised that something would happen now, but nothing happened. The situation is unpleasant, the problem has not been solved.

We'll never come back here again. It all started with the fact that there was no one at the checkout for about three minutes, which is generally unacceptable in any catering. Although we were standing at the checkout, everyone was laughing and saw us perfectly, but they did not come to their workplace. Okay, here we are, we ordered two lemonades with bubble gum on a sprite. We've been to other CFS, taken the same lemonade, and there's something to compare it with. It's not lemonade and a drop of bubble gum, 1/5 of a sprite, and everything else is diluted with just water. We left in silence so as not to spoil our mood any further, but we will not return to this place and I advise no one. There are other good CFS where normal service and orders are made as stated.

He came over and said that all orders, it turns out, are accepted only through the terminal. I went to the terminal and made an order. I went back to the checkout, hoping to pay for it. But again, no one reacted to me for the same 5-7 minutes, the only thing was that one of the employees walked by and tapped his earpiece with his finger, saying he was busy and was taking an order there. The efficiency in accepting orders is simply top notch, thanks to the staff for the lack of dinner and the time spent.

In the toilet, the sinks are only in the stall. If you want to wash your hands, wait until the toilet is empty. Even an adult can hardly open the doors. It is better not to let the child go alone. He just won't come out of there. There is not enough space inside the booth to turn around. In the hall, they sat down near the window. It was cool. I won't say that it blows from the windows, but the cold is noticeable. There are two entrances - one from the street, the other through the Green store. We entered through the store. I didn't check, but it turned out that the entrance from the street was closed. Nobody uses it at all. I didn't like the food either. It seemed that the chicken was not being reported. There wasn't a whole piece of bread in the burger, and the strips were kind of dead. There are a lot of potatoes with black dots. But this is a problem of the entire network, as I understand it. We sat without pleasure. We went to a cafe a month later. Nevertheless, the administration apologized under the review. You never know… The good thing was that the potatoes were without black dots. They've improved. The ice cream is delicious. And now about the main thing)) The meat is overcooked, tough and dry. What's in the burger, what's in the strips. I sampled Filet De Luxe Smart. Inside, in addition to the strange meat, which I initially mistook for beef because of its dark color, there are two cubes of tomatoes, two slices of pickled cucumber, a little lettuce (wilted mixed with fresh), and a spit of mayonnaise sauce. I only found out that there was supposed to be cheese and bacon when I wrote the review. I was just wondering what my burger was supposed to look like. Guys, this is not just bad customer service anymore! This is arrogance! Should I put napkins? No, you haven't heard. Is that necessary? I understand that it happens in a hurry, they didn't keep up, they didn't have time, etc. But besides us, there were 6 more people in the hall. Where did you get so steamed up? We left more than 45 rubles in this "institution" for two people with a child. And no pleasure, just ruined the mood. Unsurprisingly, there are few customers here. This is probably the last time we've been here! I'm shooting 2 more stars. "Deserved it"!

If you stop by for a snack or pamper the children with chicken dishes, it's very worthy. Potatoes, drinks, burgers and others like them are good as standard. Changing the names of the burgers only messed up my understanding of what to want, now I'm always confused.
