At 4 a.m., I decided to have a snack with a friend, ordered two large French fries, was told to wait a couple of minutes, and eventually waited 10. The first potato was normal, hot and soft. My friend's second potato was just disgusting, hard and salty, as if a pack of salt had been poured there, it was SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE to eat, I thought my friend was just exaggerating, BUT it was SO salty that my throat started to hurt from such food, I had to throw 6p to the wind (I know it's pennies), thank you! We don't eat here with friends anymore, instead of monitoring the quality of the product, the girl decided to do something useful once she woke up 🤷♂️

HORROR-HORROR-HORROR!!!!!!!!!!!!! The order of 3 burgers and a glass of Coke was waiting for more than half an hour. My friends had a bigger order - they waited for almost an hour. And this despite the fact that there was no one in the hall at that moment, and there were no orders in the work either. I have not seen slower service in the whole Republic of Belarus.

Покупал шефбургер острый, бонусом за копейку дали ещё какой-то рулетик, уже на окне оплаты попросил добавить ещё один такой же острый шефбургер. По итогу уже дома вместо острого шефбургера обнаружил холодную булку с каким-то куском колбасы. Разочаровался.

Приехали в окно в 02:20 делали заказ долго , мороженного не было и не было милкшейка . Булки оказались горячие но мясо и капуста оказались не первой свежести , в мясе попался хрящ. Самое вкусное оказался пирожок с вишней который скушали с утра.

Круглосуточно работать должны с санитарным часом с 7до 8 утра, приехали в 00:04 ничего не работает, в окне выдачи никого нет. Сделали два круга по парковке. Подъехали ещё раз и тут изволили сказать, что технический перерыв, уточнила сколько времени , сказали ещё 10 минут. Но нигде не было ни какого обозначения и по истечению 12 минут никто не принял заказ.

Порой плохое качество, видимо зависит от смены ( то не доложат, то перепутали, один раз забыли пробить по кассе на КФС авто).

Заказали чизбургеры и картошку фри. Чизбургеры ещё куда ни шло, а вот картошка просто ужас. Горькая, на дне коробки жирные пятна темного цвета, похоже масло в этой фритюрнице меняют не часто

Постоянно пользуюсь кфс драйв, плюс классная плюшка от 15 р дарят мини подарок (кекс, 6 нагетсов или ещё что)
