When you place an order on this site, you are assigned a manager and a buyer who goes to this manufacturer to buy the goods you ordered and then it starts: there is no product, the prices do not match - because the manufacturer does not adjust them, it is not so often that they apparently order from this site. KGMART itself, moreover, does not do this and in general, it turns out that it is not responsible for this. In my case, the manufacturer undertook to reject the product, you cannot control production, the manager does not give you contacts, in order to get contacts, you need to join the wholesalers club at KGMART for 5 thousand rubles. In short, they send me a product of 64 units. they are shooting in the wrong color on a model that I paid for separately, at my request they throw off a photo for me and then I am mildly shocked. The model is just some kind of collective farm, the shooting is not professional - in short, it's just trash. The color of the dress does not match, the size does not match... The manager throws up his hands, promises to solve everything and of course does not understand how this happened in the first place. The buyer turns on the fool and when asked why he bought the wrong product, he carries some nonsense, like the photo of the product was blurred and he could not distinguish white from red and that the money was paid and the manufacturer would not take the product back. At the moment, it's the second month since I can't get anything out of them. Previously, at least something was written and promised - now they just ignore it, they do not respond to my messages. I write both to the website and to messengers, I ask for the contacts of the head - they ignore, they read the messages and do not respond. I got to 40 thousand, the money is certainly not great, but they are not lying on the road either. How to solve this problem, I do not know - if anyone can tell me or can have experience of this, please write to any messenger eight, nine hundred and six 432 65 twenty-six - I will be grateful. Of course, I do not recommend this charade. It is better to find in the VK of the group there, where the manufacturer and the Dordoy are sitting and work directly. Don't get fooled by such beautiful pictures and videos in KGMART - it's all lies. In general, I got the impression that the managers there and the buyers and managers are the same people.
