Of the advantages, only one is very cheap. Now about the cons: 1) Unfortunately, money is being stolen here, our cleaner or staff stole dollars right out of a bag from the closet (rummaged through things) 2) It is very noisy, opposite the school and you can hear this sound. But the first negative covers everything. 3) No balcony 4) Extremely hard beds, which are very uncomfortable to sleep on
