I think this is not entirely normal, because you feel obvious discomfort while waiting for your turn, and sometimes it doesn't even reach you. Here. But the staff themselves are very, very polite and competent. So the star was removed only with the desire to expand the territory or open a new branch. The management, I think, knows better, but this is a real problem. Moreover, two years ago I came and the same terrible situation with the number of people per square meter was already there. So, I would like to have "more air" in the rooms. As it is, I wish you success and prosperity.

There are always a lot of people, especially at the ticket offices. It takes at least 30 minutes to simply withdraw money from a Visa card — they ask for a copy of the ID, regardless of the amount. There is no such thing in Tashkent, but there is in Jizzakh. The logic is not entirely clear. After the repair, it became visually better, but maintenance requires optimization.
