Solid four, new renovation,mostly new furniture. There is no mirror in the room, and the lock in the door is difficult to open. The room with a shared bathroom on the floor is strange: an iron bathroom, although it seems to be for whom, for all the tenants?It would be appropriate to have a shower, there is no soap and this is a hotel. It's fine to spend the night.

The hotel is nice, everything is clean. The price for a standard room is 12 thousand tenge, the room is spacious. There was not enough kettle, and curtains, towels and shampoos for 1 person were put in the bathroom. Tired, I didn't want to run for towels. Breakfast is 1,500 tenge. The location is excellent, near the park square, shops. In general, I liked everything, except for the little things. There really is no TV, but the air conditioners are there.

The receptionist is a polite young man, very politely refused to accommodate us with the dogs, but offered to park the car with the dogs in the parking lot in the backyard. Overall, a good hotel, clean. It is impossible to find a hotel with pets in Ayagoz.

This is not the first time in this hotel. Last time I stayed in it from 31.10 to 01.11. For East Kazakhstan Region, namely for Ayaguz, this is the best offer. The room is clean, cozy, warm. There is a smoking room in the building, on the third floor. The only negative for me personally is the lack of a kettle in the room. When you have driven about 1000 km, there is a hunt for hot tea or coffee. I don't really need a TV, because I want to relax. Now the phone replaces everything.I slept well, had a good breakfast in the morning and hit the road. Ayaguz - Astana. In general, I recommend it. Halyk and Caspian are accepted for payment.

The room is clean, the linen too. The sofa was hard, but the bed was soft. The soap dispenser is broken, soap was poured from the throat! Plaster is falling from the ceiling in the bathroom. In general, you can stop by for the night. On the way back we stopped at another room, there was a water heater, it was working, but there was no hot water.
