We stayed at the Khan Palace Hotel – and it was really a top choice!
From the very first minutes, we felt the care and high level of service. Clean, cozy rooms, pleasant atmosphere and attentive staff – everything is at the highest level. The location is convenient, and the hotel itself is thought out to the smallest detail for a comfortable stay.
Special thanks to the owner – it is clear that he does not just run a business, but creates a place where you want to return.
I recommend it to everyone who appreciates quality and hospitality!

A wonderful experience!
We stayed at this hotel for a few days, and everything was top notch! From the very beginning, we were greeted by friendly and attentive staff, who immediately offered to help with luggage and told us in detail about all the hotel's services.
The room was spacious, clean and very cozy. It had everything you needed: a comfortable bed, modern appliances, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi with a good signal. The cleanliness in the room is excellent, the bed linen and towels are fresh, and the daily cleaning has always been top notch.
Breakfasts are a separate joy! A huge selection of dishes, fresh fruits, delicious pastries and coffee — everything is at the highest level. You can choose dishes for every taste: from classic omelets to a variety of dietary suggestions.
What also pleased me was the convenient location of the hotel. We could easily reach all the main attractions, as well as find restaurants and shops nearby.
It is especially worth noting the atmosphere of the hotel — it is not just a place to stay overnight, but a real cozy corner in which it is pleasant to relax. We felt at home!
Overall, it was a great experience. No doubt we will stop here again next time. I recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for comfort, coziness and high-quality service!

Excellent hotel , clean, cozy, calm, The entire delayed flight from Moscow was accommodated in a few minutes, while waiting, water, tea, coffee, and kind words were offered. Many thanks to the staff of the hotel for the quick solution of the problem.. Shukrullo helped us a lot, arranged accommodation, transfer from the airport and back. They offered breakfast and a homely atmosphere . We will definitely come back again .

They put me in a "posh" room with a view of the wall of the corridor leading to the restaurant. In addition, they did not want to settle, they extorted payment of a tourist fee. I had to pay. Fortunately, Yandex Travel compensated for this fee. Russians have nothing to do either in this hotel or in Tashkent. There's nothing to see there.

A very good hotel, 17 days have passed, 28 days of vacation we continue to live and relax in this beautiful corner of Uzbekistan. We are very satisfied. The staff helps from sewing with a needle to buying tickets, they advise how best to do it. The room is always tidy, the breakfasts are delicious. Special thanks to the manager - Sarvar helped solve the issues of wire transfer and the use of rubles per sum, he is very advanced in this regard, knows everything, always gives good advice, has never refused requests.

This is a terribly awkward and unpleasant situation!!!I was here for a business meeting. Since it was very late, I was offered to spend the night after the interview and go back to my city. The person conducting the interview was a foreigner. When giving me a card of my room, the guy at the reception said, "you can't go to each other's rooms." I felt so uncomfortable in front of a foreigner. It's just awful. This is what only Uzbekistan can say. I am ashamed of our country.
