In fact, all visitors, and I also, and I like everything - this is my country, my fellow citizens, and I love so much to see the joyful eyes of children, their dads and moms, seeing a beautiful center, participating in some competitions, that honestly, I even walk-wander- watch. Apaches and atashki, grandchildren - well, isn't it a joy to see your relatives ... The center is good, the prices are affordable - there would be an opportunity, everyone would dress exclusively in brands. But alas, not everyone has this opportunity. In the HS you can have a snack, you can go to the cinema; you can walk through the departments and separate rooms, and just sit and watch. Solid - 5 🙂🤝

I have rather a negative impression of visiting this place. Of course, I make allowances for the fact that this is not Europe, but THERE is NOT a single working ATM accepting Russian cards (!!!), all ATMs were broken or did not work, this is, of course, tin. I had to go to another center, where at least one ATM was working, and then come back here. The security and reception staff working here could not get through to their direct superiors to inform them about the problem: it was generally NEWS to them that such problems should be reported to someone.
A couple of escalators did not work, navigation is not the easiest, there is not a lot of space, you periodically run into other people.
The staff of the Massimo Dutti store are polite exactly as long as you do not leave them: I spent a VERY large amount in this store for one trip, and when 10 minutes later I returned with their own bags in my hands and asked to change a large bill for me, the receptionist twisted her face, looked at me like a homeless person and she snubbed me that they don't do that. Guys, I closed your monthly balance in one trip, and you allow yourself such an attitude towards the most moneyed customers! That's why you're still a long way from Europe.
