During your stay in Astana, I recommend visiting Khan Shatyr shopping center, there is something to see in numerous retail outlets, which is called walking and hanging out, especially when it's hot outside. However, if the weather is hot outside, then the location of this shopping center is, as it were, slightly away from the center and if you walk to it, it's hard to walk, especially considering the almost absence of large trees on the street along the way creating zones that facilitate hiking, so when you finally get to the entrance to Khan Shatyr, you enjoy at first the presence of what that's cool. We did not find in this shopping center a sufficient and decent choice of cafes or restaurants where you could relax and eat, there is practically no choice and this is presented in the form of a snack - such as hamburgers, pizza and the like. They could not buy there just to drink water, at retail outlets, but applied as much as 3 !!! tenge cash was not accepted for payment due to lack of change and payment by bank cards was offered 😇🤗 Of course, this does not do honor to such a large shopping and entertainment center of the capital and it was very disappointing, as a result, they bought water only on the street when they moved away from the shopping center.
