A beautiful, large zoo. When visiting on your own, keep in mind that taxis go back 2 times more expensive. You need to take an electric car, 550 baht 2 hours. You can buy a ticket for an outdoor tour bus at the ticket office inside the zoo for 30 baht. You can't see everything on foot. A lot of arrogant monkeys, with food carefully, are snatched out of their hands.

It's a very interesting location, lots of animals, monkeys running everywhere. It's not really a long walk, a large area, you need to rent a golf cart 500 baht for 2 hours, passport deposit. We took a taxi from Pattaya for 300 baht. It's 4 times easier by taxi and cheaper than a guided tour. The kids liked it. You can't ride elephants there.

Life hack- you can see half of the zoo by riding just on a scooter or by car, it's free. The right part is just passing through the parking lot and going up and to the right. The left part is small. You can get around just on foot. It's not necessary to take cars. It's better to take tickets online. It turns out very cheap. not on the zoo's website

A wonderful zoo! The best thing here is that the animals are more comfortable here because they are not kept in cramped cages but in large pavilions. I advise you to visit there. It's just a pity that next time we won't be here for at least 8 years.

We visited Pattaya and the Khao Kheo Open Zoo for the first time. We got a lot of fun and a charge of positive energy. Animals are socialized, friendly, and contact. Managed to feed the lemurs! Delight!!! I really liked the elephant show, the penguin parade and everything in general. The road from the hotel was about half an hour away. On the territory of the park, they traveled by electric car. Recommend 👌

The coolest zoo I've ever been to, and I've been to many 😁 The zoo is open, huge in area, with lots of locations. You can feed rhinos , giraffes, elephants . There are a lot of monkeys running around the territory, be careful with the food, they will snatch everything out of your hands! You can rent a golf cart to get around. It is better to come on your own . Do not run after the tour in puffs .

A good place to walk with children. Be sure to take an electric car 550 baht for a family of 4 people for 2 hours, 200 baht every next hour, you also need one passport as a deposit. Taxi from Pattaya 450. It is necessary to leave by taxi before 17 pm, otherwise you may not find a taxi later.

It was a very advertised place, but in fact it didn't leave a very pleasant impression from the visit. There are many animals in poor conditions, the territory is not well maintained, and there are a lot of people.

A large area. The zoo is divided into zones. It is better to rent an electric car. It will be easier to go around everything on your own and examine the animals. Do not leave things unattended. Monkeys can drag you away. I didn't like the elephant show. The elephant just walks into the pool, and the audience looks at it from the side of the glass wall of the pool. The penguin show is funny. Although it comes down only to their exit from a closed room and their further feeding.

A huge and very unusual zoo. Many animals, especially many monkeys, walk at will, most can be fed, touched. The vegetation is especially impressive, everything is drowning in the jungle, flowers, smell and abundance of animals. Surprisingly, there were not many people, no one was crowding.

Of course, it's cooler to go by yourself, but at a price it will be more expensive than with an excursion from Pattaya. We stroked penguins, lemurs, rhinos and elephants, I highly recommend you to visit.

I really liked the place. The animals are nearby, not exhausted, not sad, you can just pet many herbivores. Monkeys are cheeky, but funny. They know how to steal professionally from cafes. The penguin show with feeding these birds with fish is a separate plus. It is fashionable to travel around the territory in a rented electric car, but you must have your passport with you. Prepare in advance. But for everyone else, there are open buses running through the park.

It's a great zoo. But it's better to take a taxi and drive yourself for the whole day. There you can take small cars, move between locations. We went on a guided tour, this is of course a holop tour of Europe. Of course, they told us about animals, but they gave us 5 minutes to look at them. And they're so cute. Many can be touched, you can feed them. We bought bundles of bananas in advance, called the monkeys, who were stuck here. In general, it's a great place. Of course, next time we will go ourselves just to watch, and not run with the group

It's a good zoo, but it's better not to go to 30 degrees or more, or divide the hike into 2 days. There is a huge territory that is difficult to walk through in one approach, but there is a cafe where you can go. I really liked it.

A great open-air zoo. We were here 13 years ago and decided to come back again. The animals are well-groomed, not tortured. It is advisable to travel around the territory by shuttle, the distances are decent. Animal feed is available for sale in each zone.

Khao Kheo is the largest zoo in Thailand. The territory is amazing in its scope, about 800 hectares, it is about 1100 football fields. About 8 thousand animals live here!

One of the main principles of the zoo is to create the most comfortable conditions for pets, so many enclosures are spacious and imitate the natural habitat.
I've been here 3 times and I really liked it! A large territory, lots of greenery, everything is well-groomed, the animals are not exhausted. I was most impressed by the rhinos! I was amazed by their power and at the same time by the calmness they radiated when in contact with people. Amazing!

The ticket price is 250 baht for adults, 100 for children. You can save some money through the Klook app. You can get there yourself by Bolt or InDrive taxi (about 500 baht one way) or as part of an organized excursion. The average price of a tour is usually 750 baht. I recommend you to visit! A wonderful place for those who want to spend time outdoors, enjoy nature and see a lot of amazing animals.

I recommend a cool zoo to visit. You can rent a golf cart. I think it's better to go with an intelligent guide, it will be interesting and dynamic. Otherwise, you will end up in crowds of tourists.

It used to be better, a bus with tourists stopped by the animal enclosure and watched the animals in their natural habitat. There was a large area for feeding giraffes. Everyone had time to feed. And now there are two pairs of giraffes, and they don't really fit.

Of course, the zoo is not the same as it was 10 years ago It is divided into 2 zones - green and pink The green area is in good condition - giraffes, hippos, rhinos, lemur island, elephants, penguins, lions, tigers, etc., a bunch of monkeys that just run around by themselves and beg for food)) Many animals can be fed for 30b There are 2 penguin show parades, they come out and they can be fed fish for 50b And the elephant show - they show how an elephant swims underwater) But the pink zone is abandoned! There's not even much point in going there, well, unless there's nothing to do. Many aviaries are empty, the territory is unkempt It works until 17 o'clock, we went from Pattaya for 1000 rubles by taxi back and forth Entrance 250b per person In the green zone, you can ride a golf cart - 500b 2 hours or an electric car 350b 2 hours, as a pledge of the right, passport or 1500b On the pink (abandoned) golf cart only You can walk through the green zone on foot, in fact, the territory is not huge, be sure to take a car along the pink one, we went on foot, it was difficult There were very few people on Monday, mostly local schoolchildren - from this it is clear why half of the zoo is abandoned Did I wish that I had gone there? No But I'm a little disappointed, I expected more(

We always visit here when we come to Pattaya. We've been driving on our own lately, bolt taxis, trip tickets. So, the golf cart is in place and we drive around the zoo for 4 hours. It is very convenient and comes to our line-up cheaper than with street agencies.

The zoo was recommended as " the best in the whole wide world ", but in fact it turned out not to be so.. Maybe it was better before COVID restrictions, I don't know. But at the moment it seems a little neglected, and the further away from the main entrance, the worse the picture. There are a lot of abandoned territories, garbage, dead mummified mice were seen in some cages. The animals are in small enclosures (very sorry for the black bear, one on a small piece of land with a wire under electricity). Tethered elephants, an abandoned wolf on a distant slope, without fresh water (there was some kind of green goo in the bowl). The impressions were, let's say, depressing... In general, there are many animals, many birds, interesting penguins. You will have to move around the territory by electric car, since it is not realistic to walk to the distant aviaries, the price is 500 Baht for two hours , plus by default they charge 50 Baht for insurance.

I have been visiting this zoo for 8 years now. I like everything. I've been there 2 times this year. For the first time in January, there were a lot of macaques who literally called ice cream and other food out of their hands. In March, there were many times fewer monkeys, apparently the zoo staff restrained them. Before covid, it was possible to drive personal vehicles in both zones of the zoo, now it is possible only to drive personal cars in the 2nd zone, and in the first zone - only on rented golf carts or on regular shuttles

It's a great zoo. Definitely need to visit. Minuses: 1. The penguin show is about nothing, in fact it is for those who feed them for money, and the rest can't even take pictures. 2. Poor navigation and a map with animals. 3. Location and, accordingly, the price of the trip. Arrogant taxi drivers can offer their inflated price in the chat. 4. There are a lot of unkempt places, even the garbage cannot be removed, which has been lying for a long time, which spoils the picture. 5. They do not accept cards when buying food, as if they had never heard of tourists, however, the whole of Thailand has such a problem. It's good that we didn't plan to feed them. Pros: 1. Great elephant show, you can take pictures while he is underwater and above water. 2. It fits well into nature and walking monkeys look good. 3. A good selection of animals

A huge number of animals from different parts of the world. It is problematic to walk around the whole area, but it is worth it, it will take about 5 hours on foot. Do not rent a car, go on foot, otherwise you can miss a lot of interesting things. There is a 7eleven at the entrance, prices are the same as in the entire network. Be careful with monkeys.
