Great quiet hotel. We were in June, we were lucky with the weather, but the sea was exciting. Only adults swam. Large territory, very green, beautiful, well maintained. There is a lake on the territory, thieves live in it, they go out for a walk and attract the attention of guests. The hotel is divided into two zones. In one part there is a lake and a children's pool with water attractions, and a pool for children of different ages, from one year and older. The pool is divided into zones and has different depths, which is very convenient. Nearby there is a children's mini club with a sandbox, children's billiards, trampoline and table tennis. Fitness room. In the same area there is a swimming pool by the sea and a restaurant. In the second part of the building with access to the pool, there is an artificial surf wave, a pool and a bar by the sea, and a spa center. At the end of the vacation, the renovation of the hotel began. It didn't interfere with the rest, it was just that the furniture was taken out of the rooms where there were no guests. Cleaning was carried out daily, no complaints, linen change every other day. The breakfasts are varied, lots of fruits (watermelon, melon, papaya, pineapple, passion fruit, pitocaya). There is no Russian-speaking staff at the hotel. If the Google translator is not very good with the language, the Wi-Fi works perfectly throughout the territory and even on the beach. You can have a delicious meal at Rasoi and Mali (the price tag is the most favorable, very tasty, wonderful staff who entertained our 2-year-old son for dinner or lunch), I highly recommend it! There are cafes, bars, massage parlors, shops at the exit from the hotel, there is a 7elevan nearby, by the way, the Union Pay card is no longer accepted at 7 eleven. You could pay with a card at one store and at a pharmacy. The prices in the pharmacy are very high. There are fruits, ice cream. There is a taxi stand nearby. In general, there is everything you need. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, then you are here! My impressions of the hotel are only positive. We are staying at this hotel now (the ticket is from 28.09-08.10) I strongly advise against this hotel. We watched the reviews and videos, but all we watched was a video from the part of the hotel that is completely under reconstruction, that is, most of the hotel is under construction. In general, the reception is not called Emerald, but otherwise, but at the reception it is positioned as one hotel. In short, none of the children's stuff: water park, kids club, activities are not working. There is activity on the leaflet, but in fact there is none. A la carte breakfasts, not a buffet. The breakfasts are delicious, you won't leave hungry, but they carry it for about 15 minutes. That's probably the only thing I liked about the hotel. The room is on the second floor, the renovation is fresh, the cleaning is normal, but the audibility is terrible and the corner stinks of urine...(. The staff seems friendly, but that's it. We came to find out about the water park, as we were shocked that it was not working and there was a construction site, the reception staff said that it was working, but in fact it was not. Then they gave me a list of activities, went to them, but there were none. The beach is very dirty, no one cleans it (photo attached). I went to the reception, but the answer is simple, we clean up, but only the hotel is cleaned, I say the beach, and this is a public place. Well, in general, stupid friendliness. Bottom line, there is a small part of the hotel that is open, there are no children's activities, there is no entertainment, the beach is a dump.

A stunning hotel on the stunning coast of the Andaman Sea (Indian Ocean). Wonderful breakfasts with ocean views are beyond words! A magnificent densely green area, with pretentious landscaping, people really try every day. The pool is right by the coast with a view of the ocean. A wonderful place, among others, to spend the sun plunging into the vast expanses of the ocean, while not forgetting to think about eternity) Thanks to all the hotel staff and separately to the Chef with the talking name Top (Top Chef!) for amazing dinners and incomparably delicious pizza!) I don't know a country on the planet where people are so able to put their soul into what they do. And they do it naturally, just like their radiant smiles!
