Great quiet hotel. We were in June, we were lucky with the weather, but the sea was exciting. Only adults swam. Large territory, very green, beautiful, well maintained. There is a lake on the territory, thieves live in it, they go out for a walk and attract the attention of guests. The hotel is divided into two zones. In one part there is a lake and a children's pool with water attractions, and a pool for children of different ages, from one year and older. The pool is divided into zones and has different depths, which is very convenient. Nearby there is a children's mini club with a sandbox, children's billiards, trampoline and table tennis. Fitness room. In the same area there is a swimming pool by the sea and a restaurant. In the second part of the building with access to the pool, there is an artificial surf wave, a pool and a bar by the sea, and a spa center. At the end of the vacation, the renovation of the hotel began. It didn't interfere with the rest, it was just that the furniture was taken out of the rooms where there were no guests. Cleaning was carried out daily, no complaints, linen change every other day. The breakfasts are varied, lots of fruits (watermelon, melon, papaya, pineapple, passion fruit, pitocaya). There is no Russian-speaking staff at the hotel. If the Google translator is not very good with the language, the Wi-Fi works perfectly throughout the territory and even on the beach. You can have a delicious meal at Rasoi and Mali (the price tag is the most favorable, very tasty, wonderful staff who entertained our 2-year-old son for dinner or lunch), I highly recommend it! There are cafes, bars, massage parlors, shops at the exit from the hotel, there is a 7elevan nearby, by the way, the Union Pay card is no longer accepted at 7 eleven. You could pay with a card at one store and at a pharmacy. The prices in the pharmacy are very high. There are fruits, ice cream. There is a taxi stand nearby. We are staying at this hotel now (the ticket is from 28.09-08.10) I strongly advise against this hotel. We watched the reviews and videos, but all we watched was a video from the part of the hotel that is completely under reconstruction, that is, most of the hotel is under construction. In general, the reception is not called Emerald, but otherwise, but at the reception it is positioned as one hotel. In short, none of the children's stuff: water park, kids club, activities are not working. There is activity on the leaflet, but in fact there is none. A la carte breakfasts, not a buffet. The breakfasts are delicious, you won't leave hungry, but they carry it for about 15 minutes. That's probably the only thing I liked about the hotel. The room is on the second floor, the renovation is fresh, the cleaning is normal, but the audibility is terrible and the corner stinks of urine...(. The staff seems friendly, but that's it. We came to find out about the water park, as we were shocked that it was not working and there was a construction site, the reception staff said that it was working, but in fact it was not. Then they gave me a list of activities, went to them, but there were none. The beach is very dirty, no one cleans it (photo attached). I went to the reception, but the answer is simple, we clean up, but only the hotel is cleaned, I say the beach, and this is a public place. Well, in general, stupid friendliness. Bottom line, there is a small part of the hotel that is open, there are no children's activities, there is no entertainment, the beach is a dump.

A stunning hotel on the stunning coast of the Andaman Sea (Indian Ocean). Wonderful breakfasts with ocean views are beyond words! A magnificent densely green area, with pretentious landscaping, people really try every day. The pool is right by the coast with a view of the ocean. A wonderful place, among others, to spend the sun plunging into the vast expanses of the ocean, while not forgetting to think about eternity) Thanks to all the hotel staff and separately to the Chef with the talking name Top (Top Chef!) for amazing dinners and incomparably delicious pizza!) I don't know a country on the planet where people are so able to put their soul into what they do. And they do it naturally, just like their radiant smiles!

We've been back from this hotel for a couple of days. First we were given a room with a garden view on the 1st floor. The room is dark, the sun does not get there at all, because opposite everything is covered in vegetation, the smell of dampness. The ground floor is on the ground, hotel guests walk by, the curtains are only at night, there is no tulle, so if you want to open the windows, those passing by will watch you or close the curtains tightly and sit even during the day with the lights on. It was good that the hotel staff went to a meeting and changed our room, offered us a view of the pond and the sunny side. Of the cons, there is no Wi-Fi, a hotel without Internet in the modern world is so-so, of course. The lack of drying on the balcony seems to be a small thing, but in everyday terms it is very inconvenient. The pillows in the room are only 1 per person and they are very thin, but this is also individual. There are broken sun beds, especially on the children's slide, the point of them is better to remove them altogether. But overall, the hotel is decent. Very good and varied breakfasts, well-maintained territory, the beach is large and clean, quiet and peaceful. There are many families and foreigners. We stayed at this hotel in July 2023. A very pleasant impression is a well-groomed, green area, an outdoor swimming pool, and the sea is 10-20 meters from the pool. The food is always fresh, the main thing is to guess the sweetness (it's better to take a grill or BBQ so that nothing sticks together). We went on an ANEX TOUR. The organization is on the level, we got what we wanted. We took an additional couple of locations, we were satisfied. Musa (ANEX representative) is good at presentations, he assures that everyone will be taken and picked up, but his charges do not bother to tell the details of how it will be (therefore, when a smiling Thai man unloads you to your destination without commenting on how we will return, you begin to unconsciously plan a departure plan, because feedback is also a problem. Although everything is elementary and simple. Tell me/write that when you leave, you will be greeted by girls in ANEX T-shirts at so-and-so. And that's it! Good time of the day! The room number of this hotel does not match the official photos on the Emirald website! The room was poorly cleaned, only the middle, dirt in the corners! The bathroom is dirty, there is fungus everywhere, stains on the walls!! The only huge plus is the exit from the room directly to the pool and the sea nearby! The pool itself is clean, it doesn't smell like bleach! We swam with pleasure, until the night!!! The food is normal, varied, we took only breakfast. We had lunch or dinner in various cafes. This is a family-run hotel, there is a small water park on the territory, the water in it is clean, without the smell of chlorine. All children from young to old enjoyed swimming.

Out of 10 days of vacation, this couple stole a day from us, which we spent at the airports of Yekaterinburg and Phuket. At the same time, for a family (2 adults and 2 children) at airports, the costs amounted to 30 thousand rubles. The staff of the tour operator sucks completely. The attitude of the tour operator himself towards the customers is completely lame. I do not recommend having a relationship with the Coral Trevel tour operator. Vacation and emotions from Thailand were greatly spoiled by the tour operator.

Organization of the transfer: We were met and escorted by minibus. Everything is organized perfectly! 2. Hotel accommodation: friendly staff, issued a hotel card, answered all questions, at the entrance a refreshing welcome drink of Anchan tea (purple Thai tea) and coconut water. A free round-trip bus is provided for trips to the market and local shopping centers. The staff is English-speaking,, they almost do not speak Russian. We speak English, there were no questions. Accommodation: the room is spacious, but tired) Everything you need in the room is there, drinking water is always available, beach towels for each guest. Bed linen and towels are changed regularly. Breakfasts: very tasty fruits, a large selection. The buffet is varied and fresh, you can find dishes of Thai, Indian, Chinese and European cuisines. If they came late, they left their clothes on the chairs at the restaurant. There are several swimming pools, a separate children's "mini-park", a town and carp. Cocktails are prepared at the bar, local non-branded alcohol. Cocktails with branded alcohol are more expensive. There is a "happy hour" from 17.00 to 18.00, applies to all types of drinks. Location: this place is very quiet, without the noise and fun of Patong, there is a nature reserve nearby, fruit prices are higher than in Patong, with restaurants, on the contrary, lower. The choice is always for the network. Currency exchange offices are available, the exchange rate is good. 7/11 stores and "timemarkets" with a decent assortment for recreation. We really liked the rest, the guests are international, everything is fine!

There is a children's playground (it was under reconstruction, but the kids would have liked it very much). The hotel has massage therapists. The price is slightly higher than that of the massage parlors at the hotel, but for the guests a pleasant bonus:discount on Thai massage, which cost 100 baht cheaper than in salons, but the quality is excellent. I advise you to use it UNEQUIVOCALLY. But you need to make an appointment with the administrator. The hotel offers to take them to Koh Lak and the market free of charge at a set time on their bus. Also by appointment. You will have to get from there to the hotel yourself. And if you take a taxi, then 200 baht one way. The hotel has excellent breakfasts for every taste. There is a waterfall and an elephant farm within walking distance. A five-minute tuk-tuk ride away is a national park with relict plants and a beautiful beach. The hotel must have bathrobes. If you do not ask about the availability of bathrobes, then you will not be offered. Free Wi-Fi is available on site. The rooms are large. We lived in two rooms in a 52 square room with a balcony.

A large landscaped area with a pond in which a monitor lizard lives)), a clean beach with fine sand, several pools, there are enough sun beds for everyone, there is no need to run and take up space. There is a good selection of dishes for breakfast, everyone will find their own for children too. Nearby there are exchangers, cafes, shops within walking distance. All staff are polite, attentive and friendly. Special thanks to Mapranga, she cleaned the room very well and made sure that our stay in the room was as comfortable as possible. The opinion is purely personal.... Maybe it just seemed like it, but it was the best trip of my many visits to Thailand. The breakfasts are gorgeous, the beach is huge, the territory is remote from civilization....and what else do you need for pleasure? The food... the cuisine in the nearby resorts is magical.
