I wanted to buy grass for parrots, I bought it, took a couple of steps away, I noticed a strange web in the roots of that very grass, there was mold, WHICH was VERY NEGLECTED, I was in a wild misunderstanding how this could be allowed, I returned it back, they offered to choose other nearby seedlings, THEY OFFERED TO CHOOSE SEEDLINGS NEXT TO WHICH MOLD WAS SPREADING, the seller in general he does not know how mold spreads and that if one is so neglected, then the others that are literally each other are also already infected with mold, THIS IS TERRIBLE, literally the store is to blame for the poor content of the goods, which can lead to the death of your pets. I also bought Prestige parrot food there earlier, which revealed a LOT of PARASITES. How and when checks are carried out there regarding the quality of the goods!!!! The life and health of pets depends on it! Also, after my complaint to the seller that there was a lot of mold in the grass, it was NOT removed, I passed by for several days in a row and watched as the poison continued to lie in a prominent place.
