I'm waiting and waiting. No one is carrying anything. I turn to the consultant, and he responds: go there and tell them to bring it. In short, they were fobbed off one to the other. And one of the consultants didn't want to let them check the product at all, like, look, the same one is working on the floor. And there is a completely different model, which is more expensive and of a different color and design. I understand that there are a lot of people, but I am a regular customer. This is not the first time such an attitude has been shown to clients. A few years ago, one of the sellers sent my mother a foul language and called her names. So, this is not an isolated case.
