I resorted to the services 2 times. The first one was a coat and a down jacket, I was shocked that nothing was done, kikyou gave the things like that and took them away, plus the down jacket was covered in streaks. She gave me a second chance and gave me the carpets. I took them dirty, they weren't even unwrapped. It even seemed to have become dirtier . I'm very upset. I don't understand where such positive reviews come from.

The staff are great fellows, friendly, they always deliver everything on time. Except for the habalka who is sitting on the issue. Raises her voice at clients for not being in the workplace and I had to look for her.
