The story of how my white suit from a Belarusian designer brand for 600 rubles was completely ruined by this dry cleaning On Sunday, 11.08. I gave the suit with a request to remove the black spots from the trousers and clean the jacket, since there were yellow spots on the sleeves from socks. I was promised that the costume would be made by Thursday 15.08 and at the same time I listened to the fact that I was not spending money rationally on expensive things (apparently after that there was a desire to spoil expensive things) I came to pick up my things on Friday 16.08. A day later than promised, to which the administrators tried for a long time to find my suit, and when they found it, they said that it was not ready and sent for "recycling". And for some reason they decided to show it to me. When I saw my costume, which before was just with small dot spots, and now it has become covered in gray-purple streaks, to say that I was shocked is to say nothing. The receptionist even agreed that the costume was ruined by them. I wrote a complaint and dialed the director, the director was calm and indifferent and he was quoted as saying "nothing to say." In addition, he will send the item for examination and if the examination decides that the suit is damaged due to the fault of the dry cleaner, then perhaps I will be reimbursed. I am attaching a photo of the costume. Moral: do not give things to dubious dry cleaners. And dry cleaners do not take on things if you know that you do not know how to work with white clothes. I wish the dry cleaners a speedy closure before they ruin things, and most importantly the nerves of other people.
