We were on a business trip to Kobrin and were looking for a place to have a quick lunch. We found a Khinkalnaya on the Internet. We had time for a set lunch (as a result, we had lunch there for two days). There may be no choice (one type of first, second, and jelly is on the menu, but every day is different), but we enjoyed the food, the establishment, and the service. The receipt for a set meal for two is about 1,000 Russian rubles.

A new khinkali restaurant has recently opened, and as a big fan of Georgian cuisine, I couldn't pass it by! The first impression is a cozy atmosphere, unobtrusive design in the style of a Georgian house. The music is pleasant, soft, and creates a relaxing environment. We ordered an assortment of khinkali – with mushrooms, beef and cheese. The dough is thin, tender, the filling is juicy and fragrant. The khinkali did not fall apart, which speaks volumes about the cook's skill. We also tried Adjarian khachapuri, a dough boat filled with melted cheese with an egg on top. The cheese stretched as it should, the dough was fluffy, and the egg was perfectly cooked. In general, the snacks were top notch. The service was attentive and fast. The waiter was well-versed in the menu, politely answered all questions and gave recommendations. The prices, in my opinion, are quite adequate for the quality of food and service. Overall, the visit to Khinkalni left a very pleasant impression. This is a place where you want to return to try other dishes from the extensive menu. I recommend all lovers of Georgian cuisine to visit this new restaurant! I hope that they will maintain the same high level of quality in the future.

We visited and were disappointed. I've never been to Khinkalna in Minsk - heaven and earth. The khinkali was absolutely not tasty, it was dry, and there was no broth at all. The soup was bitter. The service deserves a separate conversation. The waitress girl was obviously not in the mood, she mixed all her dissatisfaction on us. I took the order with some disdain, as a result, they brought us the wrong Khinkali. When asked to redo and bring our order, she began to resent and blame us. We waited for khachapuri for more than an hour, the desire to continue eating was gone, we asked to pack it with us and left the establishment.
