What can I say... it is possible that everything will get better, the staff has not settled down yet.. the establishment opened recently. It makes sense to work on friendliness, despite the fact that the table was booked a day before the rest, when it came to the appointed time, our company was initially tried to be pushed out with the words "there are no seats, we will not seat you" and only then, it was possible to convey the idea that the table was booked, and we were finally seated. Khinkali and khachapuri were cooked in Ajarian for a very long time. About 50 minutes. Let's say there are a lot of customers, well, the staff of chefs should be ready for this. Khachapuri in Adjarian is completely different from other establishments of the chain... alas, I did not take a photo, the cheese was overheated, there was a hard crust on it, the yolk of the egg lay as if separately on the baked cheese, and on top were pieces of melted butter. I hope the managers will work on the institution over time. The cooks are getting old.

We visited this khinkalnya together with friends, went on a day off at lunch, there were enough free places, when placing an order we asked for a separate bill. In fact, the orders were brought by different waiters and did not know who ordered what. Khachapuri in Adjarian looks very bad, the cheese was already hard on top, the yolk was pale, for the price of 14 rubles it was very bad. Khinkali is cooked for a very long time, the waiters bring it when ready and I managed to eat khachapuri and start the soup while the rest of the campaign was waiting for its food. Khinkali for two campaigns was brought on one large plate, although everyone ordered different ones. There is no desire to come anymore.

Yesterday we visited khinkalnya in a company of 6 people.They ordered sets of khinkali and pie, they didn't like khinkali, there was an incomprehensible substance called meat inside.By nightfall, two people had problems with an upset stomach and in the morning the rest had children with us and they too.We won't be going to this place anymore!!!

I don't recommend this place to anyone. Yes, the interior is beautiful, clean, but the dishes are absolutely not edible, not tasty. Kharcho soup is watery, tasteless... rice in a spicy broth, khinkali with mutton are bland, tasteless, minced meat is either twisted several times, or ground through a sieve, khachapuri in Megrelian looks just like a thin piece of cheese burned like a sole! It is urgently necessary to change the cook!!! You can't get far on one interior!!!

We visited this place yesterday. Before that, we were in Grodno, Minsk, and there is something to compare it with.And they were in great shock. 1. The staff does not hear you and does not want to hear, they do not care. 2. 30% of the menu is not there at all. And as people said nearby, these positions are constantly missing. 3. The staff does not know how much they will cook at all. 4. We each ordered khinkali for ourselves and brought everything on one plate. It's okay for everyone to have the same Khinkali, so different. As they say, figure it out for yourself as you want.5. Minced pork with greens in hinkals had a feeling that it had already stood for 2 days and turned sour, it was impossible to eat very sour ones, although they should taste pleasant and give off spices.6. You have to go ask the waiters to remove the dishes that you don't need. They see that you have eaten, bring new things, but they don't even take the empty ones, they don't care.7 The music in the hall is very loud and people need to shout to talk to each other. But, the terrible attitude of the restaurant administration, they said on the phone there was no reservation of tables, the seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, and in the hall the tables are on armor. As the staff explained, this is for acquaintances and friends, the privileged. Not for you!
It sounded very unpleasant, there was a desire not to go to this restaurant anymore and to advise others the same thing.
Give other customers the opportunity to make table reservations too, as you do for your friends!
Change the attitude towards the guests!

We ordered three soups, a set of khinkali, khachapuri... and fruit drinks.
When asked how long to wait for an order, the waiter replied that soups would be brought immediately and khinkali for about half an hour.
As a result, after 10 minutes cranberry juice was brought (tasteless, diluted with water), after another 10 minutes they brought us the sauce, which we looked at dejectedly for another half hour until soups and a flatbread were brought to us. An hour and a half after placing an order at the next table, people (they came half an hour later than us) made a scandal and they were given our set of 7 khinkali so that they would not be outraged. Unable to stand it, we refused the khinkali and asked for the bill. The waiters were worried and brought us 4 khinkali instead of 7, saying eat at least something, and then we'll bring you more. We took it and left. We do not recommend it.

Khinkali are strange. Slimy, falling apart, incredibly sharp, and the number of folds there is an order of magnitude more than it should be. I do not exclude the possibility that you may have remembered about the table reservation.
