One of the advantages: good food prices. On the downside: some of the staff are rude. From the situations that happened: we took tea from the bottom shelf where there were a lot of price tags and it was inconvenient for an adult to bend down to see the price. We brought the goods to the self-service checkout and we were not satisfied with the price, we decided that we would not take this tea (the usual decision and the right of a person not to take the goods if the price did not suit). The employee was politely asked to cancel the product. To which the female employee of the Hit store stood up with an unperturbed expression on her face and almost shouted loudly to the whole hall: "prices need to be checked not here, but in the hall!" Moreover, there were not a huge number of people in the store at that time, so that this employee at the self-service cash desks was in any kind of running and tearing among the requests. All the time she was just sitting at her desk and our request to remove the goods because we were not satisfied with the price caused a lot of negative indignation in this employee, which she did not hide and poured out on us. There was a feeling that this was not her job, but our whim to once again take her away from sitting and relaxing at her workplace during working hours. I'm sorry, but it's your direct responsibility to approach customers at self-service checkout counters when they really need help. We hope that this is only the only case of an employee with such an incompetent approach to work. But one gets an impression about the store even after such an incident.
