Employees treat customers rudely.
It's not the first time the store closes at 20:55, and sometimes earlier. Customers are not allowed to enter the store after 20:50-55. They explain everything by the fact that employees have to go home at 21:00. I ask you to teach the employees of this store the rules.
The store is located in the city center and this is the nearest store with low prices, apparently the employees are not at all concerned about the loss of customers and turnover.
There are always no price tags for the product. There are price tags for those goods that are not even on sale, but there are no prices for the posted goods.
The store is small, is it really so difficult to take and set prices? The product has been standing for weeks, and the price for it has not appeared. If it is so difficult for employees to do this, then at least install a price scanner.
Also, finding a second cashier is a real problem. The queue is already spinning on the other side of the trading floor, and there is no second cashier, he puts out milk. He sees that there are a lot of people, but he doesn't even come up to open the second cash register until the customers start to get indignant and scream.
