I have already come across a situation several times when one cash register is completely barricaded with a queue, and there is no staff at the self-service cash desks to confirm the goods, as well as in the hall. The last time I waited for a few minutes, but the second seller didn't show up, so the first one (the only one apparently working) had to get up from the checkout and confirm the goods to customers at the self-service checkout counters. There is no organization, so the rating is well deserved.
