I am not one of those people who rudely responds to people working in the field of consumer services, because I am an employee of this field myself. But I'm sorry, you don't need to twist your "muzzle" and communicate with a customer with such a dissatisfied expression, who smiles at you and tries to talk to you in a normal tone, people are different, but you chose this profession yourself, be kind, behave friendly and polite. Unfortunately, I did not remember the name of this lady, but I think you will understand everything if you see her.
