A woman in a white coat, apparently a local technologist, tried it and said that it was very tasty and that it should be so, tried a few with her finger and pronounced the verdict that I did not understand anything. Well, okay, they replaced it with the same set. I have a question!!!?? You're there on the assembly line for the holidays, so at least sometimes check what you're doing. On the new set, the cream was no longer protein, but a rubber souffle that does not even break. The rolls are dry. In general, the attitude is spoiled. I won't buy any more. ...

We love this company, but we used to take it from other bread factories. Today it was on the way and we decided to take shakotis with prunes for mom's birthday. On the way home, already sitting in the subway, they noticed that there was white mold on the prunes and in places on the cake. My sister and I have very poor eyesight, and we had no negative experience with this company before, so we could not even think of checking it for such a dirty trick.
