I was in this institution and I was completely disappointed not in my work, but in one person. The task was to print my 30x40 file on coated paper. The thickness was helped to determine, approx. When they printed it out to me, I saw a speck on my face and asked to reprint it because it was very visible. If there was a speck of dust anywhere else, I would have closed my eyes, but not in this case. To which the man told me that he would not be able to print it out for me because I have to pay for it, he had already brought me a sheet that was defective for a moment. Naturally, I refused and asked for a complaint book. When I received it, I wanted to read the last name for whom it was issued for further action, to which they abruptly turned the page and asked what I wanted to see there🤣Apparently 3.50 a person needs more than a reputation I think the tax office should be there!
