The Old Believer Church. I did not find a photo in the Grodno region, I had to evaluate this one. Svir is located on the very border of the Grodno and Minsk regions. Architecturally, it is just an apartment building rebuilt as a church. The Old Believers appeared on the modern territory of the Republic of Belarus after the Nikon and Peter's reforms. They had two main areas of settlement: the very west of the Vitebsk region and the south-east of Gomel. They led a separate lifestyle, and have not yet fully assimilated.
