An amazing place, a pristine lake, two piers, sandy beach, but immediately the depth begins, a pleasant hostess. The house needs a good cleaning, if you come across noisy neighbors, you will not sleep, you can hear every step of those who live on the second floor below. There is no shower on the second floor, only a summer shower outside.

A good place to relax with a small or large company, away from settlements and on the shore of the lake. There is a sauna and a gazebo for events. All the amenities. Parking space. A smooth lawn. It's a beautiful view. I didn't find any obvious disadvantages. Barrier-free environment with a C on a five-point system.

Great place, friendly hostess. We rented a house for 4 families for the May holidays. The house on the ground floor is warm (there are batteries, fireplace and stoves). The second floor, as I understand it, is opened only in summer, when it is warm, it is unheated. There is hot water in the house. There are enough beds. There is a TV, microwave, refrigerator, dishes, kitchen utensils. Everything in the house is in working order. We also ordered a sauna. This is a separate house with a kitchen and sleeping places on the second floor. But the toilet and shower are located in another nearby building. There were volleyball and children's playgrounds, a table tennis table (equipment was freely available), benches. There is a pier by the lake. Overall, we enjoyed everything and had a good rest. There were some small minuses, but they do not affect the overall impression and assessment in any way, and I think they will not be in the future.

We had a family vacation in this manor. We were very satisfied. The owners are very good people, the territory is very large, there is something to do for both adults and children. For those who like fishing, there is a lake very close by. Special thanks for the bathhouse, it's just great. The house is very cozy, clean, and has everything you need. I would like to thank the owners of this estate once again for a wonderful vacation. Thank you very much!!! We definitely recommend it!!!

And as for the skewers, someone wrote terrible ones, take your own with you and there will be no problems!!! We fried kebabs, everything was fine with us!!! A wonderful vacation in a wonderful place! Nature, beauty, comfort! We are coming for the fifth time, I like everything. A beautiful, large lake where you can go boating. For fishing enthusiasts, there is a place to fish. There is also a sauna, billiards, and entertainment for children. The lake is deep, but if anything, you can go to the city beach, there is a smaller one. Gazebos where you can cook barbecue are located right in front of the house. And it is impossible not to mention the animals and birds that live 1 close to the farmstead: storks, hedgehogs and kittens sometimes come at night, on the way here you can meet quail, besides them there is the only minus: flies and mosquitoes.

We just returned from a vacation from there. I agree with all the comments above. The owners tried to provide everything for a pleasant stay: billiards, sauna, Playground, volleyball net, boats, bicycles. There is not even a small beach, but rather a swimming area with a conveniently equipped descent. The entire territory of the estate is at your disposal. The lake is very deep and, by the way, fishy (I appreciated it in full). 7 km to Braslav, if you need to go to the store. Cons can probably also be found, but our family has only pleasant impressions. Emilia and Vladimir (the owners of the estate) Thanks again!
