Many positions are much bigger - sooooo and tastier than in St. Petersburg, for example, khinkali, fire! Or khachapuri, really huge, lots of delicious cheese. The chef is really trying, the kitchen is open. At the request, they gave a coloring book for the child) p. I am incredibly picky about Georgian cuisine and it is very difficult to find an establishment that will really impress. Usually there will always be some flaws. But the Khvamli restaurant in Orsha has become a real pleasant exception and discovery for me! I liked absolutely everything here: * Stylish and cozy interior * Attentive and impeccable service * Aesthetic serving of dishes * And, of course, the dishes themselves. I especially want to mention two items from the menu. The dolma was incredibly tender, fragrant and juicy, cooked according to all the rules. And khachapuri in Adjarian style is simply a masterpiece! The perfect dough is a boat, lots of cheese, and the right yolk. It is a place where tradition is combined with high quality. I recommend it to everyone, even the most demanding connoisseurs of authentic Georgian cuisine!
