It is difficult to sign up for the service - there is no direct phone number. The reception promises that the service department will contact/call back within 15 minutes, but, alas, no one calls back. There are no complaints about the service department, the guys work clearly.
The prices of oils and filters are greatly inflated. Kia's original air filter via Caspi costs 4,500 - 5,000 tenge, the official dealer has all 18,000…
I have an ambiguous attitude towards the chief executive of Allur because of his friendship with the Ministry of Industry and their recycling and "production" in Kazakhstan. But the people working at Allur are not to blame for this.

I wanted to buy Kia serato. There are no test drives. I chose Kia Serato 1.6 automatic gray light. There were two lights out of the gray ones. One is light, the other is dark gray. The manager insisted on at least visually inspecting the car himself before registration. I waited for about forty minutes while looking for the car key. The car turned out to be not an automaton but a mechanic, still dark gray. Then they chose white. When exhaling, he does not solemnly give out the car, just passes the key from the parking lot.

He came from Astana, bought a Mitsubishi Outlander 3 in Almaty in 2020, and became the first owner right there.
I drove, before buying, for diagnostics, recommended cleaning the throttle, agreed that they allegedly did.
On the way to Astana, I noticed that the engine speed began to float.
Upon arrival, I drove to the Mitsubishi center in Astana, during re-diagnosis it was revealed that the cause of the malfunction was in a dirty throttle valve and it was shown to me personally, there is a photo, it was really dirty.
I had to "re-" clean and pay.
After cleaning, everything returned to normal.
I called Almaty with claims, they said they would give the information and call back, but I did not wait, no call or apology.
Be careful when contacting this service, or better yet, do not contact at all.
