Today I visited the KIA Mercury dealership, located in Shymkent on Tamerlanovskoye highway, 136/1, to change the oil according to the regulations and undergo maintenance under warranty. I would like to mention the work of Shahzod's service manager.
Shahzod demonstrated efficiency and high professionalism, which deserves special thanks. He not only quickly solved all the issues, but also showed deep knowledge of his business, which left me with an exceptionally positive impression of the service. Specialists like him make visiting a car dealership really enjoyable and carefree.
