A small cozy hotel in quiet Kichijoji:
- good logistics (JR metro lines and other operators);
- developed infrastructure around (shops, cafes and restaurants);
- reasonable room rates;
- excellent service.
NB: It's a long way from the center of Tokyo (30+ minutes by high-speed subway trains - JR Chuo Line Limited Express)
