Staff:
- the restaurant is great fast as a whoosh;
- the cleaning is disgusting, they come the second day and do not wash the floors in any way (garbage and the bed are changed), and the floors and plumbing are dirty, the dust is swirling under the sofa, after complaining to the girls of guest relay, the floors were still washed on day 4.
The child did catch rotovirus in the hotel, there were 5 families from our hotel in the hospital and I know 2 more children.
I would like to mention the doctor at the hotel, a representative of the insurance company, who quickly sent us to the hospital for ivs in an ambulance and drove to Antalya in 30 minutes through traffic jams.
It is clear that everyone is trying to pull the hotel up to the level, but alas and ah:
-in the main building with the reception "tired" rooms
- in the children's restaurant "loudly said" - potatoes are half-baked, dirty dishes.
- the mini club is new - the children like it and the animators are constantly hugging, the animators are trying their best!
BUT (at the reception of guest relief they said that children are not congratulated on their birthday in any way, only fruits in the room. However, on my daughter's birthday, the animators perfectly congratulated the boy on his birthday at a mini disco. There is no consistency of actions, why is information not being transmitted to the children's club? Or at least they don't warn you that if you contact a children's club, the child will be congratulated.
The hotel is crowded, while the food was delivered in the restaurant, the tables were cleaned - well done.
Well, somehow it's not cozy in the restaurant, the repair is "tired", renovation of building number 1 is necessary.

Positive:
1. Good nutrition
2. Cool animation for both children and adults
3. Good pastry shop, delicious handmade candies
Minuses:
1. The Internet, 2GB ran out on the first day, then get ready to pay, and even the paid one is not of the best quality (one day the wifi did not work, they still forced you to pay, although the problem was massive)
2. Splinters in the pool, vacationing with my parents, both cut their leg in one place, the pool does not seem to be cleaned
3. A showcase or fence broke when we were there, only part of the pool was cordoned off, although clearly the fragments got inside and it was necessary to cordon off the whole.(in the second on the territory, I'm sure that in the first, in which they cut themselves, there was a similar situation)
4. Cleaning is carried out only on request, replenishment of the bar is also on request.

Wonderful hotel!😍
We had a rest with my daughter from September 13 to 19, 2024. Everything was great - the room, the view from it, the kitchen, the sea, the staff, entertainment, the kids' club... about the last one, I can't thank the animation girls enough. Sveta, Alyona, Kristina, the twins - you are incredible!Thank you for the warmth, joy and fun that you gave our baby)) every morning she was looking forward to opening and meeting you. Thank you for the workshops, competitions, games, aquagrim, discos and evening awards. and for my hours by the sea with a book, which thanks to you, while the child is busy, I was able to organize.
The territory of the hotel is well maintained, cleanliness everywhere, smiling faces of the staff, lots of places for cozy gatherings with coffee /cocktail alone or in the company of friends.☺️
The food is delicious, cocktails too, almost round-the-clock access to fruits (a paradise for fruit eaters like me) and access to snacks (gozleme, French fries, chicken strips, Belgian waffles, pizza) throughout the day.
The only problem I encountered was the periodic difficulty in finding a free sunbed on the beach in the morning)) but, I think, this is not entirely the problem of the hotel, since 20-30% of the sun beds occupied by towels remained unclaimed during the day...🙄
