My review only concerns Kim Yum in the Mega Mall on Guy Avenue, not the entire chain as a whole. I've had a bad experience with this place. I came for my lunch break, and I had limited time to order food and eat. At Kim Yam, I ordered two wok noodles (one with beef and one with vegetables), to which the cashier told me the waiting time was 10 minutes, which suited me. After 22 minutes of waiting, I went to the cashier to ask where my order was, and they told me that I had to wait another 10 minutes. The final order was placed 36 minutes after the receipt was punched. Due to the fact that I spent almost the entire time of my lunch break, I had to ask to pack my order with me and eat at the workplace. In response to my criticism, employee Kim Yam apologized, but I was not given any explanation for the delay. They also did not offer any discounts or any small gifts (at least a drink or mochi, which they have). The quality of the noodles was OK - not great, a little too salty, but generally not terrible. Regular noodles, 3 out of 5. But cooking these noodles for 36 minutes is something inexplicable. In view of all the above, I strongly do not recommend eating at this establishment. If you find yourself in Mega Mall Armenia, I guarantee that any other place in the same food court will serve you food faster and treat you with more respect in case of technical difficulties.

The menu says tofu, but they never have tofu. Sellers ignore requests for tofu. I wrote to them on whatsapp, they replied that tofu would appear in a few days. We came to them 2 weeks later - there is no tofu again. Whatsapp is no longer responding, ignore it. In general, the attitude towards clients is disgusting, I do not recommend it.

The cooked dishes are different from the picture. For example, there is no egg in Romaine. Disposable tableware is too fast. It is expensive relative to what was received. 3 bao, 1 Ramen, 1 Noodles 12,000 drams.

Tom-yam is just terrible, a pathetic semblance, not even worth 100 drams. Sour, squid and shrimp are old and waiting 30 minutes is a work of art))
