I want to share my thoughts about this beauty salon. I went as a model for a free manicure. They did it perfectly, by the way. The manager, the teacher of the masters, communicated well and behaved very well. She offered me some water and made a cappuccino with sweets. Pleasant impressions about her. But, Master. Basically, she was working fine, and in the end she started to get nervous and talk to me nervously and push me a little to relax my arm. Of course I understand everything. But you can't do that with clients. You still need to show respect. I told her that the tension was coming from her. I was sitting there thinking that I wouldn't go to Kimmilab anymore because of this attitude. It was very unpleasant. Next, I wanted to sign up as a model for their pedicure, but the girl turned me down, said that the heels did not fit. I sent my mom's heels, they don't fit either. Well, I wrote that they probably don't want to accept us. She just blocked us. After that, the manager called me and said that I was talking incorrectly. In general, the masters have no respect for customers. Maybe there are other branches, but not at Parkentsky. I always thought the client was right, but they protect the masters here. Who speak sharply. I don't recommend it.
