I have been visiting this studio for a long time and I am very happy with everything. Great location (for me), clean and pleasant atmosphere. Attentive and helpful staff. Drinks are always offered, always attentive to the wishes of visitors.
I've changed a lot of masters and studios, but I've finally found my own. Master Svetlana is my favorite. She does her job very professionally, always attentive to details. The manicure is perfect! The color palette is diverse, sometimes it is difficult to make a choice. I am sure that all the masters in this studio are professionals in their field. I highly recommend this network of beauty studios. 🥰

I regularly go to this studio to master Valeria, I really like how she talks and in general the studio itself is very pleasant, the receptionists are always polite and friendly and treat me to coffee. You can sign up online at any time of the day, which is also very convenient.
The only caveat that I want to note is that it's hot in the common room, it would be great if the air conditioning system worked better, especially in this heat.

Terrible service. I signed up for a pedicure with a certain master for a certain time, after a few minutes they call me and say that the system is allegedly malfunctioning, at this time someone has already signed up with the master. They asked me to come an hour later, well, okay. I arrive at my own time, they put me in a chair... I'm waiting.... 10 minutes have passed... 20 minutes have passed… As a result, I waited for more than 20 minutes. A master comes up, not the one I signed up for, starts doing a pedicure. I signed up for a hardware one, but they make me a combined one, after I made a remark that they were doing something wrong to me, the master ran to clarify. It turned out that the receptionist had not warned her which pedicure to do. The owner of the salon offered a 5% discount as compensation- generously 😏 Result: time transfer, waiting for almost half an hour, the wrong master, the wrong pedicure, and you can see its quality in the photo. A review of the Sugaring procedure in the bikini area.
I came to this salon for the first time today for a procedure. I signed up because the place is closest to work and it was convenient to run in during the break for the procedure.
The first thing that surprised me was that the master did not turn on the lamp and did the procedure under normal room lighting, although the lamp was provided in the office.
The second thing that alerted me was that the paste itself was cold and it was very painful to clean my hair.
Third, the master answered the call in the process, and without changing the glove continued the procedure, which is not hygienic.
The last straw was that immediately after the procedure, the master began to process the zone. This is usually done with skin soothing products. But they started treating me with an alcohol-based product. It was written on the spray "before epilation". The skin began to burn very much. I abruptly stopped the procedure, although tweezers were still needed. But, honestly, I didn't want to stay in the office at all after the burning sensation that I experienced.
The price tag for the procedure is one and a half times higher compared to the salon where I went earlier, and the service was provided disgustingly.
I will note the work of the administrator. When the girl found out about my pain, she did not want to take money for the procedure. And I tried to smooth things over.
I paid for the service anyway, as it was rendered anyway, even though it was disgusting. I will not come any more and I do not recommend sugaring in this place at the master Zarina Mukhtarova to anyone.

I did a manicure and eyebrow correction at the salon
1. Manicure. The master is pleasant, it is clear that he is trying. In general, there are no pressing issues with manicure. I am generally satisfied with the result of the work
An additional service was provided, a scrub and a kind of paraffin, it turned out they were for an additional fee. I adhere to the position that it is necessary to warn the client about the extras before the procedure, and not to confront the fact at the checkout, especially when I took a comprehensive manicure
2. Eyebrows. Well, what can I say - A NIGHTMARE. I came for correction (plucking). In fact, everything is OK with the left eyebrow. And the problem with the right one is that the master just reduced it by a third (the eyebrow has become narrower). From above, the eyebrows were pinched so, or rather, they were stripped off with wax, which spoiled the thickness of the eyebrow, the shape of the eyebrow. In fact, the apex of the eyebrow was blown to hell. The form is lost.
Thank you for not taking money for eyebrow correction and offering a bonus service.
I refused the service - experiments with eyebrows in this salon are enough

Manicure-no, it was not carefully painted, varnish was left on the skin and they said that after a while it would wash off the skin.
