The garden was built in 1962 and until 1995 was a management garden at the Uzbekiston Temir Yullari Joint Stock Company. So far, there have been no major repairs. All the kindergarten staff are doing their best to keep the kindergarten in good condition. Education is conducted in 2 languages, in addition, children aged 6 are taught English according to the state program. Since 2022, all teachers with specialized secondary education have enrolled in universities. At the moment, 8 highly educated teachers are working in the kindergarten.
