At 10:30am, they knocked on my door and woke me up, asking if I wanted to be cleaned. I said no, and went out at 12pm to tell a male receptionist that they could clean it now. I came back in the afternoon and found that the room had not been cleaned at all. I asked the male receptionist to clean it now, but he said that the hotel was very busy and it would be my turn at 8pm. Is this a joke? I put up with it, and when it was 8:30pm, no one came to clean. I went to the front desk again, but the man had already left work. Was he just saying these nonsense to me just to get by? Not only was the room not cleaned, but they didn't even change the towels and toiletries. It's a rubbish hotel, and the bed was dented. The balcony door was also broken and sealed with glue.

It's a great hotel. Everything is clean, cozy, and everyone is very friendly and polite, so it creates an atmosphere of good rest and good mood. I was pleasantly surprised by the free Wi-Fi with good speed and the availability of parking.
