I gave away a cassette recorder for repair. They took him in for repairs, but then they tormented him with breakfasts for several months and could not give absolutely any clear comments. After I finally got the tape recorder back, it was returned without repair, and moreover, some elements of the case were missing and the functionality that had previously been problematic was completely lost.

I don't recommend it, they write beautifully and tell everything beautifully, the reviews are written by the staff. On the day of the request, they called the service center and asked if they could perform an urgent diagnosis. The operator's answer is Yes. It costs 40p and we will do everything within 3-4 hours. We arrived in half an hour. The master is no longer in place, unfortunately, we will not be able to diagnose. But we will diagnose it and call you within 3-4 days. As a result, no one has called since September 9th. Today is the 16th. I called the service center and got an answer. The wizard is busy - he hasn't done any diagnostics yet. So much for the service center and the speed you pay for. I don't recommend it!!!

Extremely negative experience. 07/25/2025 handed over the microphone for repair, paid 95 BYN. 08/15/2025 I took the device, but it did not work, although they claimed that they had checked it. 08/19/2025 returned the microphone for revision. 09/08/2025 The service admitted that repairs were impossible due to microcracks on the board, and promised to refund the money. 09/20/2025 the courier took the microphone, the administrator wrote a receipt for the refund, which was taken "for accounting". I have provided the details for the transfer. The money has not been returned so far (03.10.2025). My inquiries (24.09, 29.09, 30.09, 01.10) were answered: "transferred", "we will check with the accountant", "we will send the receipt". The receipt was never provided, and the money was not received. The correspondence confirms their promises, but there is no result. I am very disappointed: poor-quality repairs, lost time, money is not returned, they have a receipt. I do not recommend contacting this service – check their reliability in advance!
