The salon itself is excellent, a huge selection of office chairs in various price categories, the staff is a bit intrusive. The main nuance with delivery. At first, they brought me a chair that was not fully equipped, they promised to bring it assembled in a day, but they brought it disassembled again, but with a defect (the holes for the armrests were clogged with cotton, and there was simply no thread on one. And a day later, my chair was still brought to me in assembled form, but one of the armrests is wobbly, it doesn't work out for me to twist it myself. In general, I highly recommend not ordering anything here not assembled, otherwise it will be a week's hassle.

Disgusting Telegram service!
I am writing a review so that the management will pay attention to the work of their managers with clients.
We saw a suitable model of a desk on the site, I wrote to Margarita's manager in telegram to find out the address of the store where it is available on display.
We arrived at the specified address, there is no table available.
A responsive consultant girl found out that the table turns out to be located at another point of the store, booked it for us. Thank you for her work!
There was no apology or suggestion from Margarita's manager to resolve the situation.
She never double-checked the information she provided to us, and it was only thanks to a consultant in the store that we found out where there was a table.
Why is the client's time not appreciated? I'm ready to buy, but I'm faced with a disgusting service!

Perhaps in this company you can buy ready-made products, but it is definitely better not to take anything to order. I needed a table with custom characters. The quality of services provided was very low. Delivery was postponed several times, and when the table was brought in, it turned out that the table legs were not white, but black. In addition , the employee tried to shake money for the "assembly" of the table (55 rubles), although they had previously agreed that this amount would be written off. He even had to call the office to check this fact. In principle, it is not clear why at the table under the mower rubles, which you just need to fasten with a screwdriver to the leg, I try to remove 55 rubles from a person. In short, if you want to buy ready-made, then you can probably, although not a fact, if custom, then it is better to contact another company.

I wrote on the website in the form, asked in the salon for one model of the table on the 20th of August. Both of them replied that there would be an order by the end of August and would contact me before delivery. Time passed, no one contacted me on my order. I called several times myself and was interested. I was told that I was not aware of the situation. I asked you to tell the salon manager to contact me on the order. No result. The staff at the phone number on the website and the salon manager showed a disregard attitude. I used to buy chairs from the salon and everything went smoothly. 2 months have passed, Vladislav called (this is how I recorded it) and the next day there was a delivery, as agreed. Vladislav and the courier are great guys!There are no complaints on all other points except those described above. The Vardig K1 table is good, only the legs rest against the back wall if you lean back in your chair and try to drive your stomach into the table all the way.

I came to the salon, ordered an armchair and a table, the consultant assured me that the table would arrive assembled, so I did not order additional assembly at home. On the day of delivery, an armchair and a disassembled table arrived, but this is half the trouble, the main problem is that the table came with missing parts, namely, there was no beam fastening the base of the table (which actually holds the table so that it does not wobble). I called the manager at the salon where I ordered the table, I don't know what the table configuration should be and they said they would contact me (but no one contacted me in a few hours). I called the millwood table manufacturer and was confirmed that the base mounting beam should go with the table. The impression is unpleasant.
UPD: As a result, the issue was resolved, the missing support was ordered and brought + installed.

I want to say that I held on as long as possible so as not to write a review on this organization, because it always seemed to me that Kingstyle was a serious company with a good reputation, but still it is worth noting that the company does not have an understanding of customer orientation and respect for the client's time at all. The company's employees are only trying to pretend that they care about the customer, but in fact - we spent at least 5 working days to clarify the problems and shortcomings of the products. We ordered a table top made of natural wood, which was obviously fungal. Moreover, the staff tried to convince us that it was not a fungus and would "come off" over time, while they themselves were not even sure what they were saying. Then they promised to bring a good new one, but they brought it with the same marriage. Then they promised to make a new one without marriage, and after 2 weeks of waiting they brought it back with marriage. After that, my husband and I couldn't stand it anymore and decided to replace natural wood with chipboard in order to finally get rid of these issues. We were promised 10 working days of waiting. As a result, we waited another 3 weeks. I would like to note that the organization does not offer delivery on weekdays during business hours and other options. My husband and I took turns taking time off at our own expense 4 times (which is equivalent to money losses of about 500 rubles, if not more !!!!!) and we went to the office after work to make an order again! This is simply outrageous and insulting, because the employee who promised to make a discount did not even make a minimum of it! As a result, it turns out that the table with chipboard instead of 1390p came out to us in total in 1890p. Honestly, I don't have the strength to figure it out anymore, the employees just pretend that they are sorry and try to do something. I am very sorry for the time and money spent.

The service is terrible, as soon as they attach a card, they forget about you. A reminder that you are waiting for a warranty replacement, repair will be purely your problem. In my case, it took about 3 months from the date of payment of the order.
Sales specialists send to technical support. Those.support sends sales specialists to make purchases, but this should not concern me at all.
Phones where you can contact are generally a separate topic. You get through to a specialist, he asks you to send photos to the number you are calling in the messenger. You spend time looking for it in the messenger, but it's not there. You call back with a question and hear in response the phrase, "And who gave you this number?" And I took it on the main page of the site, and calling it, I was told to send photos of defects to it. They appointed a master, I wait all day, because they didn't tell me the time. In the evening, I decided to write a question when to wait for the master. Have you guessed it yet? Yes! The master got sick, we call the clients right after the client asked where the master was. The company is mired in bureaucracy, it is impossible to communicate.

I guess it wasn't a standard situation. I made a refund 2 times (back problems and work requires sitting at a desk for 10 hours)
However, everything went just fine, we got into the situation, helped with the choice, excellent service, no issues with warranty service, issues are resolved very quickly.
