I ordered a table - they brought it to me in disassembled form (why do I need a disassembled table as a consumer? It's like if I was a house, and they brought me bricks and told me to build it myself). Naturally, this is not Ikea - and without a drill and screws, you will not assemble it.
I left a request to call the master - the request disappeared somewhere and disappeared. I've been sitting for a week now - and I have a disassembled table in my apartment lying stupidly.
The service level is over 300. Disgusting business conduct, they don't care about the consumer.

The staff is competent, if necessary, they will consult, if not necessary, they will not be imposed. If you can't decide what you need, then this place is a must-visit. Of the cons: it is not very convenient to get there by public transport, the escalator does not work, in summer it is very hot and stuffy indoors, for some positions the prices in the cabin are higher than the prices on a well-known online platform (and from their own store).

I do not recommend this store. The service is just at zero.We ordered a computer chair for the child's birthday in this salon. They promised free shipping, free assembly and a discount on your birthday. As a result, we never got the chair. The child's birthday is ruined. I have never seen such incompetence .This unfortunate salon does not deserve even one star.

We ordered two ottomans "Vitaly" 03.10 with a non-standard size (a large sleeping place). They promised to do it in 1-1.5 months, for a total of almost 40 banking days (a couple of days before the end of the contract).
The application was for a non-standard size, a standard one arrived. We negotiated for unloading and lifting by movers, as a result, we were brought on a day off, without movers. They called to clarify all the nuances, but the manager, not wanting to understand the situation, immediately redirected to the administration.
Bottom line: we waited longer than the agreed period, and the wrong thing arrived. In the end, the difference was returned due to the size (non-standard was naturally more expensive).
We decided to talk about getting a discount on the interior chair (as part of moral compensation). They agreed and on 04.12 promised to drop proposals for interior chairs. But 2 weeks have passed and there has been no feedback.
Disgusting service and the work of managers.

I ordered a dining table and chairs. A few days after placing the order, they called and said that there were no selected chairs, there was a recalculation, you need to choose others. Then, on the day of delivery, only the table was brought, the chairs were "forgotten". When examining the table, scratches were found on the legs, they started calling the managers, but someone had a day off, someone was on vacation, they spent a lot of time. As a result, it was agreed that the chairs would be delivered in a day, and the table would be replaced with a new one. And here the epic began with the postponement of the delivery dates of the new table, with the inability to export this (only for a fee) and my endless calls to the manager to find out the status of the order (they did not call me and simply ignored the agreed deadlines, when I called back after the appointed date, it took several of my calls to still find out the new intended the date of delivery). Two months later, a replacement table was brought to us, we opened the box and ... its legs were scratched too! After calling the manager, the second table was taken away, the first one was still left with us and told to come to the office with a guarantee. As a result, we received a refund and were offered to "look at other models" without even apologizing for the whole situation.

I came to buy for myself to work at the computer and as much as my husband and I were surprised that the chairs are a very individual product.
I chose a fairly budget armchair with polyurethane wheels that do not scratch the floor and also a rocking chair.
In fact, after 2 days of work, my back and the lower one feel very good.
It is difficult to assemble, so it is better to order it as an additional service. Which is the only downside.

It all started very well. A pleasant store with a good selection in the city of Vitebsk. Good staff, friendly, everything was suggested and shown. Only the most pleasant impressions remained from the store itself. But then the most interesting thing began, about a week after the chair was bought, the backrest broke. I called the store, the master came and looked at it. He said that the back was broken and that it was a marriage because you can't break it on your own. He wrote the act for the replacement himself, it was for the replacement and said that they usually quickly bring new ones in about a week. I'm waiting. It's been a week without a single call. I called the store again and was told to call the service center, because they have nothing to do with the service center and gave me a number. I called, they didn't give me any specific information, they said that they were bringing chairs from repairs on the weekend and they didn't bring my chair. Another week has passed, I call and ask, again there is no specific information, I asked what they are doing with it, they are repairing it or it will be new. In response, I heard that we do not know and as soon as the supplier contacts them, they will find out what they were doing specifically. And so a month has passed, I wanted to find out several times what exactly is being done with the chair, is it being repaired or will it be new, since the REPLACEMENT is specifically written in the act. As a result, they send me an SMS saying that the case was controversial, but since they were loyal, they did everything under warranty. It's just ridiculous how you could break something in a week of sitting, especially when the master came to us and said that this was a marriage specifically. DISGUSTING service, just disgusting. There are no complaints about the store where they bought, the girls did well and the delivery was organized quickly. At the time of writing the review, the chairs had not yet been delivered to us. We should have already agreed on delivery. It's a pity that the service left such a bad impression.

I am categorically not satisfied with this company. I ordered a loft table, a bedside table and two good armchairs (each 1200 rubles +). There are no complaints about the table and bedside table. The assembly of the chairs is disgusting, considering that you pay extra for it. One chair was assembled incorrectly, the next day they arrived, they changed it to an already assembled chair, at least something, and the second chair after assembly wobbles left and right, they refuse to fix it, they ask to buy a part and wait 5 weeks. It is better to contact another store when choosing office furniture.

I called and found out if there was a certain chair in place. At first they tried to sell it without testing, then they sent it to independence 117, saying that it is in the showroom 100% and it will be possible to pick it up right there. I spent 40 minutes on the road in one direction, it turned out there were no chairs in sight and they were all in a distant warehouse. I called again, and they told me that there was probably an error in the program and it was not shown that way. We could not offer any other solutions to the situation. In general, if your time is valuable to you, then contact any other stores, perhaps they treat someone else's time with more value.

Surprisingly, no one delivered anything and did not call again. Again, I had to ask the manager what the problem was and where the table was lost. Here, for the first time, some adequate information was given that there were delays in production. After two weeks of waiting, there was again no information about when my order would arrive, after I once again called the manager myself, I was told that literally tomorrow the table would be in the store and the day after tomorrow it could be delivered. Hallelujah! The table arrived in mid-October, it was ordered in August, there are no assembly instructions in the kit, there are also questions about the quality of the parts, one of the supports is rusty, fortunately, this is the bottom and it will not be visible.
