A 1GMC SPM-4-METAL table was purchased, and a chip was found on the countertop during unpacking. I contacted the warranty department, but they refused to replace / resolve this issue due to the fact that it is impossible to determine when this chip was made. I highly recommend not buying products in this store, given their attitude towards the customer during the warranty period.

A large selection of chairs, pleasant consultants, no one is in a hurry, if necessary, they will tell you. I chose UNIQUE Unique Ergotech. But there were also unpleasant moments:
1. The chair arrived assembled (I ordered a paid assembly service) - it turned out that it cracks when reclining. The service center advised to wait a couple of days, suddenly it will be developed. Later I noticed - the chair is assembled with a skewed backrest! Reassembled - the problem disappeared.
2. Traces of chipped tinting on the armrest are unpleasant.
3. A dent on the armrest from the shipping package, which did not go away days later. About this 10 days after the purchase, I left a request on the website in the Warranty service section. A month later, they called back and changed the armrest.

The guys from Kingstyle.by well done. They have two large salons in Minsk.
There are hundreds of chairs, but Interstuhl Pure came in the most. The chair is expensive, it needed to be thoroughly tested. They gave me the opportunity to take it for myself for a few days for free, only they took a deposit.
Now a new batch of these chairs has arrived. They will bring a new one in a package soon, and they will assemble it in front of me. I can leave either the new one or what was there.
They also provide a ten-year warranty.
All consultants work very professionally and patiently. They do not try to sell what is more expensive, but help to choose what is more convenient. No obsession at all. None of them said that he had "the same chair at home." It feels like this is a general systematic approach to customers in the company.

Victor helped me decide on the choice, with whom we reviewed about 10 different chairs, and in the end I decided on Profim Accis Pro.
The manufacturer has colors and materials to choose from, but I had to wait longer for the chair than I expected, but in the end I do not regret my choice, the chair is comfortable, the back does not get tired!
I even like it more than HermanMiller Mirra 2 (standing at work).
There are enough adjustments in both, the HermanMiller feels less "flimsy", but the armrests are wide and feel shorter, and I also slip off it)
At home, there are also chairs from the manufacturer COMF-PRO (UltraBack for children), which I also considered, since the chair is comfortable and comfortable, but made roughly + a heavy base (for stability), and therefore there is no hint of flimsiness!
But Profim Accis Pro was bribed by the backrest, with the function of "tracking" behind the back, as well as the ability to choose colors and materials!
Therefore, come to the store and you will definitely find a chair for yourself!

I made 2 purchases in this wonderful store! I bought a Cougar Mars 120 gaming table and a Cougar Armor Titan armchair!
Kristina's manager participated in the purchase process! She's a smart girl! She can listen and hear, so she quickly helped with the design, was able to offer alternative table options when I initially chose a different table model! And she reserved the chair for me while I was leaving for another country and then quickly organized the delivery.
The chair and table were brought from Minsk to Mogilev in 2 days. The boxes are not broken, not crumpled, everything was brought in one piece. The equipment is all in place. Everything was new and sealed, without chips and scratches in the original factory packages.

The consultant gave recommendations. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. I conducted an experiment when I'm not sitting behind a chair, my muscles don't clog (I go to massage regularly), when I'm sitting, triggers appear on my back.
