We bought a chair for a student on August 20 at Timiryazev, delivery was ordered for August 25. There is a large selection in the hall, the sales consultant is fine. Our chair arrived and there were no bolts for assembly and connection during assembly. From the beginning of the working day on Monday, I started calling all the phones listed in the warranty card. And the real quest of finding lost fittings began ..... call this number, no other way, no wait for the connection. And suddenly I am informed that tomorrow they will bring me in the morning before 15.00. The first half of the day is over, there are no accessories. And again I started calling to look for THREE bolts. There are no managers at all. They said there were problems with the warehouse. Wait for it to be delivered somehow.
As a result, I was going to go to the store with the chair, for a refund and about happiness, the bolts, key and plugs were given personally into the hands of the driver. Thanks a lot to the driver, I checked according to the scheme whether these bolts are. The chair was assembled, the student is glad. But the manager's job wants the best. The sediment remained. You would never have thought that such a "hyped up" company with good advertising and large retail space would have such problems with customer relations! The buyer is not respected here and is not appreciated from the word "at all".
We purchased a table and chairs in this store with a total cost of 2000 rubles. When placing an order, the consultant girl said that it would take 3 weeks for our order to arrive and the goods to be delivered to the apartment!, and lo and behold, 10 days later they called to inform us about their readiness, which is of course good, but here the conclusion is that the consultant does not have even close information about delivery. Okay, let's skip it. The consultant reports the delivery time from 18 to 20.00, and on the day of delivery it turns out that not until 20.00, but until 21.00, and it's my fault that I'm not listening well, although I have a witness to the conversation, the person also heard that before 20.00. Well, OK, let's skip that too.
No one called or arrived at 8 p.m., 9 p.m., or 10 p.m. At 22.44, a tired courier calls and informs us about the delivery within 15 minutes, and when we ask why it is so late, he answers "because it is so late, will you accept it or not?" OK, we agree, get out of bed and wait for the courier. After 15 minutes, he calls and says, "I'm here, come down." What???? Come down??? why? But he turns out to be alone, and he just can't bring a table that weighs 30 kilograms and is bulky. Of course, my husband went and helped me put everything up in the apartment. But a question for the management: How can you not respect the driver (the driver is always alone on delivery, I checked with him!), sending him to deliver and assemble the goods alone (of course, he does not fit in time, because one cannot really unload quickly, and because some buyers take the "on-site assembly" service, which delays time), and how can you not respect your customers?
It was impossible to warn you initially that the delivery was to the entrance, and then on your own.??? And if I was alone at home or delivering to an elderly person for your driver to do???
I sincerely DO NOT RECOMMEND contacting this company!!! Think 100 times and buy in another more customer-oriented place!!!!

The worst experience of all time.
There are no questions until the order is placed, but then the fun begins. During the checkout, I was informed of the day when all the items will be ready and delivered, but instead of joy, you get nothing. Then for two or three weeks you try to find out at least something about the order, but only transfers. Separately, I note that not a single call has been received from the manager. I was forced to constantly call myself and clarify the status of the order.
The result: a loss of time and nerves. I never received my order. The deadlines are all broken. Ignoring the client 100%. It is better to buy elsewhere!

I wanted to order Evolution Office Comfort (grey), because I have already ordered it here several times and liked everything. But not this time. The chair was presented only on the online platform and it was done intentionally so as not to provide birthday discounts to customers and other opportunities to save money. When asked to provide a discount, they refused, saying there is no product on the site - sorry.
The question is, then how do you sell if you say on the online store that the product is in stock while not showing it on the site and arguing that everything is already provided with discounts on the online store. 21 stores offer the same price as you and 1 store is 30 rubles lower. That's your customer focus.

I contacted the warranty department, people are absolutely not interested in solving the problem, they referred to the incorrect assembly of the chairs (it was necessary to tighten 4 bolts ...) agreed that their master would come and solve the problem
The master arrived, he leveled 1 chair with a 10mm washer, but he did not have such washers anymore, gave advice to buy and put.... Damn it, I paid for everything in full, and they tell me that I have to complete these chairs at my own expense???
The situation angered me, and I wrote a letter to the warranty department in which I described my indignation, and after that letter, they agreed to replace 3 chairs, and what do you think They brought me 3 similarly wobbly chairs....disgusting attitude towards the client, the whole process took more than a month, I never received high-quality chairs,

Naturally, they cannot deprive a person of the right to deliver a new product within 14 days, we have said this. The goods were inspected, accepted, an act was issued, the seller "the head will consider your application within 7 days and then decide." Excuse me? Do we need to come back again to get the money back? I had to quickly study the law on consumer protection and communicate with the boss personally. There, this illiterate man came up with non-existent rules, after requests to indicate exactly where it is indicated that the seller has the right to keep the goods and money and consider applications, he did not find an answer and the money was returned under threat of calling the police. But I strongly advise against contacting this store. The first time something had to be handed back, it's good that they didn't fall for a divorce. It is not known what this extremely dishonest desk would do in 7 days with a chair under the pretext of not returning the money.
A separate "praise" deserves the sales department, which is full of 0.

About three years ago, I bought a chair in this store. First, I bought myself an office: everything is well assembled, nothing creaks, no backlash. Apparently, as I realized later, chairs are assembled normally for legal entities, but for individuals. faces - it will do just fine. Then I ordered the same chair for the house and then it started - it was assembled so terribly that it's hard to even imagine: when you swing on it, it creaks so that you can hear it already on the 1st floor, the backlash is strong. But I've come to terms with it, although the would-be craftsmen who assembled the chair like this need to tear off my hands.
But the most interesting thing started when I decided to take off the cover and wash it (fabric armchair). When buying, by the way, I asked the manager how to clean this chair. The manager assured me that the case can be removed without problems and erased (I remember this well). One day I couldn't remove the cover, because on one side the handle was screwed down so that when I tried to unscrew it, I deformed the slot on the screw cap (photo attached). On the other hand, the handle is unscrewed with little effort, but unscrews.
I contacted the complaints and suggestions department of the store with a request to unscrew the handle for me. Note, just UNSCREW, do not repair, do not replace anything else. As a result, the store sent a response (photo attached), saying that she was a fool, the case could not be removed. It's not coming off, you say? But what about the presence of a zipper around the perimeter of the case, which can be easily undone and removed? I was sitting on chairs that didn't have a zipper sewn in, yes, you can't take off the cover and wash it, but everything is fine here It's being removed, but the store's service has become at such a low level that they don't give a damn about customers.
Think twice before buying in this store, it is better to buy a service in another store that is not at such a low level.
PS Oh yes, another moment the gas lift broke down exactly a year after buying the chair, although I did not use the gas lift - I only adjusted it to the table level. In the office, the gas lift still works in exactly such an armchair, although we use it more often, since many people periodically sit on this chair. A coincidence? Draw conclusions!

The manager of the service department can simply ignore you for a day, and after a repeat call, he may be "busy" for several hours. The legal adviser can send you a response track for 3 days and your claim. And everything is seasoned with the fact that the instruction that comes with the furniture is not an instruction, but a video from YouTube is an instruction. There are no questions at all to the store and managers, pleasant people work, but if suddenly you are not lucky enough to apply for a complaint, be prepared for the fact that you will be thrown and delayed every other time, I will provide screenshots of correspondence and calls later.
