I signed up for a haircut on the phone, they didn't specify what kind of hair, how I want to get a haircut. I arrived at the appointed time, sat down in an armchair, showed you a photo of a haircut (pixie, something like that), and in response I will not be able to cut you like that. I'm just shocked, does this really happen?! I was just offered to sign up for another master. Totally incompetent! There is no regret on their part. I don't advise anyone, just wasted time. They don't respect their customers.

I came for a haircut today with the intention of correcting an impromptu collapse made at night. My hair is fluffy and curly, which usually makes going to the hairdresser a good luck attraction. I got a haircut from a nice girl named Lisa, who did everything great! The cut is straight, the hair is soft. I'm absolutely thrilled! I will definitely make an appointment with this girl again, because not every master can do this kind of work with my hair. I definitely recommend this place.

Good evening) Today I was at the Kyoto salon for the first time. I got a haircut from the master Anastasia Zorina. A very patient girl advised me how best to get a haircut (I only had a rough idea of what I wanted). I really liked the haircut and Anastasia is a master of her craft! I want to express my great gratitude to her!!!! For a beautiful haircut, styling, etc. - now only to her!!!)))) What confused me in the price list of the salon itself: the haircut for my long hair and hair above the shoulder blades for my daughter was calculated by the administrator Tatiana at the same price. I asked again, and she said that everything was correct - 30 rubles for both haircuts. When I got home, I went to the Kyoto website and there was a second haircut for a maximum of 20 rubles according to their price list))

I want to leave a review about the work of master Anna ( I did highlights on overgrown hair roots ) I just want to make a reservation that before that I was constantly painted by the master Olga Orlova and Alla, who are really masters of their craft, but unfortunately the girls no longer work in this salon).I was recommended by master Anna, who, according to the administrator, is a wonderful "blonde master" and works great with complex coloring. I asked for a beige (sandy) blonde and, if possible, add a few strands a little darker at the back, so that when the hair grows back a little, create a smoother transition, make all the hair light in the face. Moreover, I showed master Anna a number of photos with a suitable hair color, both lighter and darker, and the color that I wanted to get. As a result, I got half of my hair dark brown and half ash-gray, and all this with an admixture of "yellow" of different types. The hair on the temples of the face had to be additionally lightened, but of course the color is completely different, and all the hair that is below the ear line is just dark brown. What is a beige blonde, the master probably does not know "from the word at all", the administrator explained that each master understands in his own way and advised washing his hair more often every day to wash off the coloring, and when it is washed off, try to dye it elsewhere. However, they took the money, and no one apologized, it seems like it should be. It is clear that hair is not teeth))) but the mood is spoiled and now instead of a blonde, I am a brunette, who was highlighted in a free hairdressing salon by students)) Please, dear masters, treat your customers carefully. We come to you for beauty and it's nice when we leave beautiful. You have a difficult profession, but if you have chosen it, then do your job with dignity. I do NOT recommend masters for girls who want to be blondes.

I signed up for a hairdresser to have my hair done by my wedding evening (express curls). I showed the girl a photo-I took it from the Kyoto barbershop's Instagram account. As a result: I gave 25 rubles. to come home and wash off these "express curls" and go to my wedding party just with my hair down. I would like to note that the hairdresser girl put her curls sooo ugly, in my opinion and the opinion of her family, something came out, well, not like "express curls", as promised in the photo of their work. I understand that different hair can turn out differently, well, so if the hairdresser sees that it turns out ugly, then you could not keep silent, but offer something else or at least put it beautifully in front (unfortunately, the photo is only in front, I didn't even take pictures from behind). Secondly, the hairdresser did not specify whether I liked what happened in the end. Thirdly, by the time I got home, all the "express locks" fell apart. Did I need to buy additional varnish so that I could be filled in so that nothing would fall apart?! Well, it was necessary to inform the client about this. Fourthly, the girl didn't even touch my bangs. Well, did the styling not include the styling of bangs?
It was my first time at the barbershop and I think it will be the last.

I visited the salon less than a month ago. It was recorded for hair polishing (35p for 1.5 hours of work). The hairdresser advised me not to polish and to make do with a small section of hair. I agreed. As a result, I stayed in the salon for about 35 minutes, but they charged me for polishing. Also, after a while, I can appreciate the haircut: the ends of the hair are spoiled as much as possible. My husband usually updated the cut with ordinary household scissors, and it was much better.
