I love this studio very much, it is cozy and sincere. There are many different directions, you choose according to your taste. I love yoga, coach Lyudmila conducts classes very well, it rarely turns out to be lazy) All the professionals in their field and all the workouts are easy to adjust to your schedule.

I really like yoga (Tatiana and Anna) and stretching at Anastasia's. Wonderful coaches, they create a cool atmosphere. Classes are always conducted very efficiently. I'm very pretty. I see the result of the work. My body says thank you to me.

I've been going to the studio for several years now, I'm very happy. Professional coaches, a variety of directions, you can go to different groups, and all on the same subscription. The intimacy of the atmosphere is especially pleasing, since the club is small, you feel like part of the family 😊
