The buildings are very close to each other and overshadow each other, the green space is very limited. There are queues at the elevators in the morning and evening during rush hours. It used to be sold at incredible prices because the subway passes under it. Considering the fact that it is very high Decked and the frequency of buildings, the houses with the lowest land share in Başakşehir are the houses in Metrokent.
