Clean and tidy business center, 2 entrances - from the street and from the side (from the end), there is Parking along the street (paid). From the entrance from the street there is a coffee point in the lobby with adequate coffee prices and quite decent taste - as stated - like in a coffee shop :) From the street entrance it is convenient to enter only for those who are in a tour agency or real estate agency, there is no elevator from there. Well, or come in for coffee)

Convenient location, close to the metro, on the way to the metro you can walk along the cozy streets (especially everything is very beautifully decorated in winter). There are many places near the center where you can have a delicious meal and drink coffee.
