The location is quite convenient, trams and buses run nearby, there is a metro nearby. An effective loft-style room. The courtyard area allows you to park, but the road surface leaves much to be desired, it will not be very easy to walk from an abandoned car in high-heeled shoes. It is also worth considering that on weekdays the gates from Chapaev's side close at 21:00 and you can only get out towards Zakharova Street. It is also very fresh in the corridors and toilet during the cold season

We booked a membership for a family holiday. It is not the first time that we entrust our events to the art space "Bricks" and every time we remain completely delighted! The space is perfect for different event formats, and the atmosphere here is simply unique. The organization is at the highest level, everything is thought out to the smallest detail.
