I ordered the pickup of cargo from the Moscow region for delivery to another country. The operator warned that they did not have their own movers, we resolved this issue and set the time for third-party specialists. On the day and time appointed with the operator (from 12 to 16), there is neither a forwarder by car, nor a call from the company's logisticians, attempts to contact through a telegram bot and a hotline are cut off by the typical "we have passed the information to the logisticians, wait for the call", of course, no one called. At 16 o'clock , I paid the movers for a simple , and ....Actually, that's it! The service was not rendered, financial losses were incurred, a claim was written., a lot of time and nerves were killed.

Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have encountered WHALE shoals. Yes, the acceptance of cargo for shipment does not cause any special critical issues, but logistics is terrible. The last jamb I encountered: the cargo was supposed to arrive on May 3 (15 days after shipment), but it hadn't even gone half way yet. Up-to-date information when tracking the invoice is 0. There are no projected deadlines, no one knows anything. And this is not the first time.
For logistics - two. If there was an alternative to sending large-scale cargoes to the Republic of Kazakhstan, I would not contact KIT.
